About The Villa

Villa Black Eagle II is a private contemporary villa located in a quiet neighborhood in the surroundings of Albufeira.

This villa is located next to our Villa Black Eagle I which is an identical villa. Both villas can communicate with each other through an outdoor gate.

Therefore, provided there's availability to do so, this villa (Villa Black Eagle II) and Villa Black Eagle I can be rented together to accommodate groups larger than 10 and up to 20 people.

Albufeira center is within 5 minutes away by car or taxi. Closest beaches are also only about 5 minutes away by car or taxi.

The villa features 4 bedrooms (all of them en-suite) with a total of 4 bathrooms + 2 social toilets, kitchen, bbq, living room, dining room, outdoor dining area, several balconies, outdoor sitting areas as well as a separate entertainment area with living room, social toilet and pool table.

Outdoors there's also a dining area by the bbq, garden area, a heated swimming pool, sitting areas and entertainment such as tennis table.

The photos presented below are still a small set of provisional pictures as the villa is still undergoing some small changes and additions. For instance, the pool table is not yet seen in the pictures but it will soon.

D) The heating of the outdoor swimming pool is however not included for these periods.

Preferred changeover day: Monday/Wednesday (may be flexible depending on season/circumstances).

Incomplete week bookings (different than 7 or 14 days for instance): Not always possible. It depends on season and other circumstances. Please enquiry to check possibility.

Security deposit: A security deposit whose amount may vary is required to safeguard the event of any breakages or damage incurred during the stay..

- The prices include water, electricity, garden and pools maintenance, linen and towels, pool towels, mid-week change of towels, weekly cleaning and heated outdoor swimming pool, excepted if otherwise mentioned.
- Children up to 2 years old inclusive are free (free of charge applies up to a maximum of 2 children).
- It is possible to add up to 2 extra beds, increasing the total capacity of the Villa up to 10 persons.
