The beach, the marina, the supermarkets, the restaurants, the shops and the bars can all be reached in just 5 to 15 minutes, either on foot or by car. From the swimming pool area, and from some of the en-suite bedrooms, the villa also displays a beautiful view over the marina and the sea.

Indoors, Villa Casa do Levante features 5 bedrooms - 3 of them en-suite - a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room and dining room, and a pool table, all decorated with a delightful blend of modern and vintage style. The villa sleeps 10 guests normally, with capacity for up to 14 by adding extra beds.

Outdoor living - heated pool, lounge areas & balconies

Outdoors, guests will find lounge areas, balconies, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ and a heated swimming pool surrounded by a deck platform, perfect for relaxed afternoons and evenings close to the marina.

With 14 friends, we had the pleasure of living in Villa Casa do Levante for a week. First of all, the taxi transfer service from the airport was top-notch arranged by them. The driver even offered one of his men to help carry the shopping that needed to be done. We were met by someone from Springvillas, who was very nice and showed us around the house.

We immediately dived into the pool and had a lovely meal together in the large garden. They had also added 4 extra beds, so everyone was provided with a bed and the villa was big enough for 14 people.

The villa is quite distant from the strip by walk, but the cheap ubers compensate for this. Then again, the villa is located in a very nice part, overlooking the mountains and the maritime port, where you can eat well (Castello di Norcia - Ristorante Italiano Pizzeria). Also, the sunset on the balconies is incredible.

As friends, we highly recommend this villa!

We booked the villa with a group of 13 people but this was not a problem as multiple extra beds were set up for us. The villa was very well equipped so we didn’t even have to go outside for anything besides food.

The heated pool was a treat as it was the right temperature 24/7. There were plenty places to relax and everything was very clean.

They also helped us to arrange a transit from the airport to the villa. This was done very well and we encountered no problems during our trip. The contact person of the villa was very friendly and answered all our questions.

Check-in and check-out went very smooth. The villa was clean before our arrival and nothing was non-functional either.

We certainly recommend this villa to others.

Relaxing Villa Stay

The villa was well equipped and the supplies (bread, fruit, etc.) that were provided were appreciated. I found Spring Villas lovely to deal with - they were prompt in all correspondence and the lady who met us at the villa on arrival/departure was very nice. The villa itself is in a good location (please note it is in a hilly area) with a grocery shop and restaurants close by. The villa was clean and mostly as in the pictures although we did notice some wear and tear/aging of the villa (especially around the pool area) and the furniture and set up of certain rooms was not as shown in all of the photographs. All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and enjoyed our time there.

Lovely spacious villa with many relaxing spaces

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Do Levante. The heated pool was great if we did not want to go out. We were within walking distance to town and the beach which was great for days out and eating at restaurants etc.

The terrace at the back outside the kitchen was a great family gathering space for us all to eat, chat and just relax.

The rooms were cool and well equipped. The 5th bedroom could usefully be upgraded so that with a party of 10 or more, all visitors get the same experience as this room had no air con and did not have all the extras the other rooms had. The fan helped but would not be effective in the hotter July/August months. I was a bit disappointed about this as it meant one couple in our party did not have such a comfortable experience.

It was lovely and quiet 24 hours a day which was great especially getting a good nights sleep.

Check in and out process quick and easy and team were responsive to a couple of concerns during our stay.

Overall the experience was really positive and met our needs.

Would visit again with party of 8.

Wonderful family retreat

The villa was a wonderful retreat for our whole, large family. We loved having the pool, the views, the garden and spacious rooms. The villa is situated in a nice quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to walk to the old town and marina. If you have small children, this is the ideal holiday home. My only recommendation is that there should be a security gate for the pool area.

We were really impressed with the villa and the surrounding area, amenities etc, it is close enough to the old town to walk even with a toddler and a baby in tow! That was our main prerequisite. The lady that checked us in was so good, our flight was delayed quite considerably but I called spring villas when we landed and they were at the villa within 5 minutes of us arriving to check us in, furthermore she came at 5.15am to check us out as we had a very early flight home. The villa itself was clean and exactly as it looks on the pictures, spacious and in great condition. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank your Spring Villas! Oh and I mustn’t forget to mention I asked them if they could arrange a cake as it was my mum’s birthday whilst we were out there, they did so and wouldn’t take any money from me and delivered it to the villa on the day! Above and beyond service!

Beautiful, villa quiet and clean

The sun shone, the cold beer flowed, the smell of sun cream filled the air along with the verdant laugher of all the friends who lived those moments - a time was had while the sun shone in Albufeira that year.

The pool was great, the house was clean with good aircon and the agency were excellent being there at 6am on our departure day to check us out was a nice touch. Great communal spaces (living room/back yard/pool areas) and enough terraces and balconies to get some quiet time if needed.

A great little bar, supermarket and curry house/café down the road, the marina is 10 mins walk as is the nearest beach.

We loved every minute - thank you so much (highly likely to be back!)

Gorgeous villa with everything you could need and a great warm welcome and exit by Marianna. It's located in a quiet residential area, about 15 mins to walk to the Old Town. For my parents (75+) the walk to town was ok but it's uphill on the way back. Taxis are very cheap and easily available so it wasn't a problem. All in all, it was lovely stay. The villa is perfect for families or a small group of people.

We stayed as 2 families with 4 adults/4 small kids. The villa was very spacious and could have easily accommodated a few more. It was clean and well presented - lots of quirky/retro furnishing and generally well equipped too. The pool was also lovely and warm which our kids appreciated too. It wasn't really a problem for us, but there are multiple levels and steps so if you have a newly-walking toddler, you might want to bear that in mind! It was possible to walk down into Albufeira town in about 15 mins, even with kids - its all downhill down (and uphill up of course) so be prepared for carrying small children. Overall had a great time, and villa was lovely to come home to for afternoon swim/dinner after days out exploring local beaches.

On our arrival at the train station, we were met by a taxi service which was very kindly organised for us by Miguel. This was very helpful to us. Check in at the villa was also very pleasant and we were greeted by a member of Miguel's team. The villa is beautiful, was very clean and is decorated impressively. 10 of us fitted very comfortably and we made full use of the pool table and table tennis. Although a 15-20minute walk to the old town and closest beach, it was very manageable and we had no problems. Thank you for a memorable stay, SpringVilla's!
