Booking Policy
- Our villas are booked upon request made through our website using our booking request form, found on our homepage and on each villa's page. As an alternative, you can also contact us by phone.
- If your dates are not flexible, we recommend checking availability first by using the search function on the Our Villas page or by visiting each villa's own page.
- After submitting a booking request you should usually expect a reply within a couple of hours (maximum).
- If your dates are available and no other condition applies, your booking request will be processed and we will provide you with all procedures and necessary details.
- We will provide you with the corresponding booking form and rental contract for your reading and agreement.
- After agreeing on the booking form and rental contract, guests must proceed with the booking deposit payment. By doing so, guests automatically agree to all booking terms and conditions.
- Payments are always to be performed in EUROS (€) according to the schedule below.
- On every payment an invoice and receipt will be issued and sent to the guest's e-mail.
- Check the available payment methods below.
- A security deposit is required to safeguard against any breakages or damage incurred during the stay. The amount may vary depending on the villa.
50% of the total price 90 days before arrival (balance) — for bookings up to 7 nights
50% of the total price 120 days before arrival (balance) — for bookings longer than 7 nights
