About The Villa

Villa Green Pine is located in Salicos, near Carvoeiro (Lagoa). This is really a quiet and pleasant area surrounded by the beautiful nature.

However, it is only 3-5 minutes away from the beaches and from the closest villages and towns.

Carvoeiro (the closest village - 3 min away) is a small, picturesque and very welcoming village (which is tradicionally a fisherman village) and offers you a great atmosphere for both kids and adults.

There you have plenty of restaurants with a wide range of tasteful meals.

Indoors, Villa Green Pine features 5 en-suites, big fully equipped kitchen, big living room and dining room and a pool table.

- The prices include water, electricity, garden and pools maintenance, linen and towels, pool towels, mid-week change of towels, weekly cleaning and outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi heating, except if otherwise mentioned or informed by SpringVillas at any point.
- Children up to 2 years old inclusive are free (free of charge applies up to a maximum of 2 children).
- It is possible to add up to 4 extra beds, increasing the total capacity of the Villa up to 14 persons.

Fantastic villa in excellent location. We had nothing to complain, the villa was fully equiped and we often used the pool table as well as the tennis court. The heated pool and whirlpool were also fantastic. Great location, 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes and an excellent italian restaurant nearby.

Waterpark Slide & Splash also reachable in 10 minutes. Perfect for 2 families.

Our family; 4 kids, 4 adults, had a fantastic 10 night stay in August.

The villa is situated in a beautiful, quiet location but still in easy reach of Carvoeiro which has some amazing restaurants and lots of other family fun is within a 20 minute drive.

The children were thoroughly entertained by the pool and other facilities. There was plenty of space for them to have fun and grown ups to chill in peace!

Elena was amazing in assisting us to make lots of memorable experiences!

Great stay at Villa Green Pine

We all had a great time at Villa Green Pine! It is in a quiet location but close enough to some good beaches, towns and attractions. The villa itself is very well equipped, especially the kitchen which is great for those who enjoy cooking and preparing meals. The pool is lovely and the jacuzzi is also a great feature, as well as the table tennis table and pool table.

The rooms were large and comfortable, and everyone was easily accommodated. Overall, I couldn't recommend the villa highly enough and would love to return one day, and would happily recommend the villa to anyone else thinking of visiting.

Wow, what a villa!

We stayed at the Green Pine villa in July with group of 9. The villa is super nice and has a lot of space and can actually fit even more people, as it has total of 5 rooms (one with 4 beds). Villas has private tennis court, very nice pool, table tennis, billiard and many other very good features. Location is also superb as in 5 minutes drive, there is Carvoeiro city with many very good restaurants. I would definitely recommend to have a stay there.

And I have to thank Miguel, Amelia and our host Elena who made sure, that we would have the best vacation as possible :)

Great way to start a new year

We were a big group, 5 couples with kids, but the villa was enough to accommodate us.

We spent 4 wonderful days, swimming on the heated pool, playing tennis, table tennis and snooker.

We also got lucky with the weather, wonderful sunny days on December that allow us to enjoy the surrounding areas.

Elena was very sympathetic.

Basically couldn't ask for more!

We were in the villa with our tennis team for 3 days and it was great. A beautiful large villa with a nice pool, jacuzzi, pool table and of course a tennis court. In the area we went padel, made a nice boat trip. It's all a short distance from each other and we enjoyed it. Next year again.

Beautiful Villa in a lovely setting

Just returned from a great 10 day family holiday staying at Green Pines. We were 5 adults and 3 children. The Villa is very spacious and well equipped with all bedrooms en-suite and excellent facilities to entertain the family Having a heated pool jacuzzi, tennis court plus Basketball hoop and table tennis. Set in a peaceful location with lovely views. Local town and beach with lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by and plenty more further afield. The outdoor BBQ was really good for evening meals by the pool. Perfect place to stay for families or couples.

We were with 5 persons in the Spring Villa, everything was as described in the website. The pool and the Hot Tub had the right temperature. You got plenty of room in the villa. We played tennis we played snooker. All was perfect also the service. We came very late (allready dark outside) into the villa and a restaurant was booked for us, and she showed us all the way to the restaurant, so we could have a good dinner. Thank you for a great time in Portugal......

We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and had a 5 night stay at the Green Pine Villa. From the start of the booking process to the day of checkout, Springvillas was professional and responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. During the stay we needed to call about the hot tub not getting hot and they sent someone immediately and it was fixed. The Villa itself was as described and beautiful. We also had the chef they recommended come to the Villa twice for dinner which was amazing both times and Marisa the chef gets 5 star rating as well. I’m so happy I found Springvillas and we will definitely be back and stay with them again and I would highly recommend this company. Excellent villa in a peaceful quiet location

We stayed at the villa for more than a week recently as a group for friends getting together from round the globe. Right from booking to check-in/out process was quite smooth and fuss free. We cooked pretty much every day and were able to find excellent produce from local markets with ease. Heated pool and tub option worked well and all of us enjoyed sports facilities at the villa. Would recommend without hesitation and will retook another villa in future with Spring Villas.

The villa was exactly as described, the facilities are first class, we had 10 people staying and there was plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. We cooked every second night, the fresh produce you can buy at the local supermarkets is superb. Elena the company representative was very good at explaining all the equipment at the villa. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to holiday in the Algarve, everything is close buy, the local restaurants are very good. We had a fantastic time here for 14 days, we will be back.

Une villa magnifique pour y passer 12 nuits.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés après un long voyage, l’accueil fut très agréable.

Toutes les personnes qui participent à l’entretien de cette belle villa sont d’une gentillesse et d’une

réserve très appréciables.

La maison est fonctionnelle bien que nous avons vécu pratiquement tout le temps dehors car la météo fut super et les extérieurs sont également magnifique, pratique..

La seule qui est un peu désagréable (surtout pour mon mari) c’est la couverture de la piscine.

Elle est assez difficile à refermer.

Nous avons apprécié le terrain de tennis même si nous ne sommes pas des profs et bien sur

La table de Ping Pong où on finissait la journée.

Enfin tout nous a plu et nous ne parlons même pas des environs car certaines vues sont à

Y perdre la voix (un petit de mot que certains comprendront aisément).

Really impressed with the super service and will definately re visit a springvilla again! The description was accurate and the villa was just beautiful. You have to see it to belive just how beautiful and spacious this really is. So pleased with our stay!

The hosts were extremely hospitable and kind! They kept in touch via email the entire trip and came over to help with small things.

The property is fantastic - just as seen in the pictures. It has 5 large bedrooms, tennis court, big swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table and fully equipped kitchen. The house was perfect for the 10 of us. It is also well located. Grocery stores and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Lagos, Faro and other small towns within a 30 min drive.

Would highly recommend this property!

The villa was excellent with all the facilities in and around it operating well. After playing tennis we enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. The kitchen was also well equipped. And the owners were very kind and helpful. Would like to go there again!
