Thank you so much Spring Villas and Elena! it was our 2nd visit to the villa, and everything was as we had hoped. Spring Villas always go the extra mile, with fantastic communication, attention to details and the villa was spotless, well equipped and just such a lovely quiet place to be. All amenities within very easy walking distance including our fav beach bar and cocktails! Will hopefully book again next year!

The Villa itself with its surrounding park area exceeded by far our expectations. The possibilites for various activities "in house" was really appreciated by all the family members, some of whom prefeered the avocados, others the jacousci and/or the gym, the billiard (snooker) table not to be forgotten. To sum it up, no problem that one day was a bit rainy. Besides the Villa, the assistance rendered by Elena not to be forgotten.

Great villa, all as advertised, you will not be disappointed. Elena, our host, was superb. Excellent communication with everyone.

We had an amazing few days in this villa - the outside space especially is breathtaking. When we’ve stayed in villas before with “heated” pools they’ve still not been a comfortable temperature, but despite the rainy weather this pool was like bath water in March! This was a big plus for us as was the spacious hot tub. It also has so much inside entertainment and space for big families - the ping pong, football table and bikes are in a separate games room giving peace to those inside, the cinema room is so cool and the huge pool table was great entertainment for us all.

Aside from this beautiful villa, the team are fantastic. They let us check in early and check out late, doing their best to accommodate our flight times and maximising our stay time which made our holiday as the morning we should have checked out it was finally sunny! Miguel was there with any questions on email and Elena so helpful during our stay, only a WhatsApp away. I was nervous paying the deposit from the UK without knowing anything about the business but if you’re reading this, I can assure you this is a very professional company, my deposit has been returned quickly in full.

We will definitely be staying with Spring Villas again and recommending them to friends, an amazing stay we won’t forget!

Amazing villa with a spectacular view of Silves, pictures do not do it justice! Villas was clean and the property and gardens were well maintained.We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay and will be using spring villas for future trips. We used the recommended catering service for breakfast and dinners. Marisa and her crew were amazing, professional and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this villa as a family of 5 for a week during March 2024. The villa was spacious, clean and offered everything we needed as a family. Vera was an excellent host and was there to help us whenever we needed her. The Pool and outside barbecue dining area were fantastic and all of the bedrooms were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend for any families or groups looking for a special holiday.

A wonderful setting in a well maintained and beautiful garden. We spend seven weeks in this villa and did not regret one day. Special thanks to Elena, who was available at any time and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Do Sul. The villa is well maintained and the staff at spring villas were so helpful from the minute we booked our stay til the minute we left. SpringVillas I would recommend that you let your customers know that maintenance is being carried out with a simple text we had workmen show up on 3 days without notice when we were having our breakfast outside and it would of been nice to be informed. The bikes were great but could not really use them as there was no locks for them and we were afraid if they were stolen we would have to pay to replace them. So maybe for future guests you could buy some? Everything else was amazing and we look forward to returning to Portugal next year and booking another amazing SpringVillas villa.

Amazing experience, from booking through to departure. The villa is stunning, the area is beautiful and everything has been thought of! We’ve already booked again for next year.

The villa is really great. This was our second time here with two families. The villa is very large and spacious. We particularly like the outdoor area with the pool, which is always nice and warm and is also great to use in autumn. The children of course love the cinema and the newly built gym is also cool. All in all, a really fantastic villa. The service from Spring Villas is also very positive and efficient.

The only thing we are missing there is an outdoor lounge.

It's really a stunning and spacious villa with all things you need. Great swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen area. It's lovely, just as you see on the pictures even better. Vera was very nice and showed us the villa in detail. We would definitely come back.

Villa Catalina has everything you could possibly need in the fully equipped kitchen...& bathrooms are gorgeous.

The livingroom is very spacious and comfortable...

We had a lovely barbecue outside one evening, and the swimmers in the family really enjoyed the pool....

Armaçao is a family favourite for our holidays and no doubt we will be back again...

This is a lovely modern villa with superb internal areas / rooms. The bathrooms are spacious, plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen has everything you will need and a great island with plenty of bar stools. The villa has massive glazing to the complete rear, which lets in lots of lovely light and the view of the pool. The only downside is the small outside space around the pool. There is a great barbecue and lovely comfy seating area to relax in. A lovely evening with a cooked 3 course meal by Marisa and her 2 helpers. We had another great family holiday in this area.

We stayed at Villa Penina Gardens for 2 weeks at the beginning of August 2023. The villa was superb and we all had a fantastic holiday here. The pool and outdoor area, including table tennis and hot tubs, were excellent and really well used by all in our party. Beds and rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was excellently well stocked with everything we needed. Elena was very helpful and any issues (very minor!) were resolved straight away. Would highly recommend!

We had a fabulous family holiday in the beautiful Vila Catalina in Aug 23. The property was stunning amd extremely comfortable with everything we could have asked for. The town itself is fairly quiet but a short taxi ride to Albufeira old town is easy to do if you are in search of a few more restaurant / evening entertainment options

We loved staying here. As a family of 7 with a small child this was the perfect place to go. The villa and the grounds are all very well kept with air conditioning throughout the whole property. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing!! The children’s play area was the highlight for our little one and kept her entertained. The only improvement I would suggest is a slide into the pool, my daughter would of loved that. All in all this was an amazing place to stay and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful villa in Portugal.

With 14 friends, we had the pleasure of living in Villa Casa do Levante for a week. First of all, the taxi transfer service from the airport was top-notch arranged by them. The driver even offered one of his men to help carry the shopping that needed to be done. We were met by someone from Springvillas, who was very nice and showed us around the house.

We immediately dived into the pool and had a lovely meal together in the large garden. They had also added 4 extra beds, so everyone was provided with a bed and the villa was big enough for 14 people.

The villa is quite distant from the strip by walk, but the cheap ubers compensate for this. Then again, the villa is located in a very nice part, overlooking the mountains and the maritime port, where you can eat well (Castello di Norcia - Ristorante Italiano Pizzeria). Also, the sunset on the balconies is incredible.

As friends, we highly recommend this villa!

We all had a great time at Villa Green Pine! It is in a quiet location but close enough to some good beaches, towns and attractions. The villa itself is very well equipped, especially the kitchen which is great for those who enjoy cooking and preparing meals. The pool is lovely and the jacuzzi is also a great feature, as well as the table tennis table and pool table.

The rooms were large and comfortable, and everyone was easily accommodated. Overall, I couldn't recommend the villa highly enough and would love to return one day, and would happily recommend the villa to anyone else thinking of visiting.

My family and myself had a wonderful week at Villa Solar do Mar. The villa is just a fantastic place to be on a vacation. Everything inside and outside the villa had very good quality and maintenance. The Springvillas team and also the local team were very supportive and kind. We will return back to this beautiful place.

We stayed at the Green Pine villa in July with group of 9. The villa is super nice and has a lot of space and can actually fit even more people, as it has total of 5 rooms (one with 4 beds). Villas has private tennis court, very nice pool, table tennis, billiard and many other very good features. Location is also superb as in 5 minutes drive, there is Carvoeiro city with many very good restaurants. I would definitely recommend to have a stay there.

And I have to thank Miguel, Amelia and our host Elena who made sure, that we would have the best vacation as possible :)

I don’t know where to start. The moment we entered the house all we could say is WoW. The pictures are not a real presentation of the house. When you walk in and see it for yourself it’s 10 times better. We also had a warm welcome and a good explanation how everything works. I was there with a group of 9. It’s a wonderful and quiet area with incredible views during the day and especially at night.

Carlota absolutely lives up to the website descriptions and photos. We have stayed there a number of times now and always look forward to returning. The stunning villa, facilities and grounds are well maintained and gardens a joy to walk round. The views across to Silves are exceptional during the day and at night. Communication with Elena, who meets us at the villa, and Miguel and Amelia throughout the booking process is always prompt and most helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

We were so impressed with everything, Jose was an excellent host. After contacting him at the airport on arrival, he was able to monitor our journey on Google maps, we took a wrong turn & within 5 seconds Jose phoned me to put us back on the correct route, very impressed. He also put us at easy incase of any medical or other emergency, he was available to take us to a doctor/hospital if necessary (Thankfully not needed). Location is a bit isolated but we got used to driving very quickly & found our way around very easily. Everything you could need was at the villa, we really enjoyed our stay. Deposit returned very prompt.

Couldn't recommend this Villa Catalina enough, when we first saw it, Honestly thought it was too good to be true and because we went in April/May it was a really good price. It was exactly like the pictures, it's beautiful.

Communication with them was brilliant always got back to me so quick, even when we were there if we had any questions they were so prompt. We ran out of gas for the bbq one night and had 2 bottles delivered to us the next morning,

It is within walking distance of the town, we got a taxi back because its up a hill. Lidl is 10min walk.

Place was so clean, plenty of towels, Little welcome pack of water, bread, jam ect was lovely touch. Kitchen is really well equipped,

We are still talking about how amazing it was, it was our first family holiday abroad with 2 kids (5+7), we will definitely be back.

We booked the villa with a group of 13 people but this was not a problem as multiple extra beds were set up for us. The villa was very well equipped so we didn’t even have to go outside for anything besides food.

The heated pool was a treat as it was the right temperature 24/7. There were plenty places to relax and everything was very clean.

They also helped us to arrange a transit from the airport to the villa. This was done very well and we encountered no problems during our trip. The contact person of the villa was very friendly and answered all our questions.

Check-in and check-out went very smooth. The villa was clean before our arrival and nothing was non-functional either.

We certainly recommend this villa to others.

It was a nice Family Reunion "Birthday party 35x2" with all my children and grandchildren. The villa satisfied our needs and wishes. And we really enjoyed the swimming pool, the ping pong and billiard table. The tranquillity in the beautiful garden. Silves is a typical beautiful portuguese town and is ideally located in the Algarve. Next reunion in Portugal will be back in Villa Rock Gardens and this as quickly as possible for each of us ...

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en Villa Green Pine con la familia, donde pudimos aprovechar el buen tiempo. la piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi.

Estuvimos pasando muy buenos ratos en la pista de tenis y jugando al billar. La casa tiene una parcela muy grande y dispone de una mesa para 10 personas fuera, donde poder disfrutar del buen tiempo.

The villa was well equipped and the supplies (bread, fruit, etc.) that were provided were appreciated. I found Spring Villas lovely to deal with - they were prompt in all correspondence and the lady who met us at the villa on arrival/departure was very nice. The villa itself is in a good location (please note it is in a hilly area) with a grocery shop and restaurants close by. The villa was clean and mostly as in the pictures although we did notice some wear and tear/aging of the villa (especially around the pool area) and the furniture and set up of certain rooms was not as shown in all of the photographs. All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and enjoyed our time there.

It was a great experience. We spent a great weekend in an amazing house. Everything you could need it’s so close. Elena was very polite and she worried that everything was fine.

Was heated which amazing. It was all incredibly clean and the lovely team had done a small shop for us so we had everything we needed when we arrived late. Also all the bedrooms have black out shutters which made it an amazing place to stay with a toddler or baby for naps. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a wonderful stay with three generations of family. The villa is spacious, clean and comfortable and the garden gorgeous and exceptional. The kids made ample use of the indoor pool, and even took some plunges into the outdoor pool. Every day we explored a different beautiful beach and stunning cliff - all of them within 20min to 30min drive. The little town had some wonderful restaurants and sights. We'll likely come again.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was super clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect too, lovely restaurants and beach all within easy reach and lots of supermarkets close by. Spring Villas team were so helpful especially Elena who was at the end of the phone if we needed anything, even on a bank holiday weekend. Will def book this villa again!

We (5 guests) spent 3 lovely weeks at Villa Six Palms in late Feb/early Mar 2023 using this as our home base to extensively explore the Algarve. Located in Estoi away from the more concentrated tourist areas, the villa offers relaxing accommodations to those with a desire for that lifestyle. Its location allowed for short excursions by car into more urban setting when desired. Although it was the low tourist season and we didn't utilize the outdoor facilities very much except for the BBQ and outdoor dining area, we could definitely see the appeal of the outdoor pool, the gardens and the sporting activities. These would definitely be highlights in the warmer weather. We did utilize the heated indoor pool on a daily basis and also enjoyed the living area's fireplace to enhance the evening atmosphere. The villa lacked for very little having a well furnished kitchen to prepare our meals, satisfactory laundry facilities and three bedrooms with separate bathrooms that provided privacy and quiet when needed. The gated villa felt comfortable and secure. The Villa manager João F was extremely helpful and accommodating ensuring that we were taken care of and updated if changes to cleaning, pool maintenance or gardening were needed. Our schedule and desires were always considered. Administratively, SpringVillas were very thorough and professional in their communication and business process. We highly recommend this villa if you want a somewhat rural getaway, relaxed atmosphere with close access to a quaint town that holds some hidden gems waiting to be discovered.

we enjoyed the space and comfort. It is a real villa with many facilities. We also enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. The various sights are easy to reach by car. The friendly staff gave us good instructions and were ready for us!

We were a big group, 5 couples with kids, but the villa was enough to accommodate us.

We spent 4 wonderful days, swimming on the heated pool, playing tennis, table tennis and snooker.

We also got lucky with the weather, wonderful sunny days on December that allow us to enjoy the surrounding areas.

Elena was very sympathetic.

We had an amazing stay at villa Penina III and Elena who was there to greet us upon arrival was incredibly kind and helpful. The large villa was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. Overall, a faultless stay in a lovely home. We very much look forward to returning again in the future and can't recommend Spring Villas highly enough!

We were in the villa with our tennis team for 3 days and it was great. A beautiful large villa with a nice pool, jacuzzi, pool table and of course a tennis court. In the area we went padel, made a nice boat trip. It's all a short distance from each other and we enjoyed it. Next year again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Do Levante. The heated pool was great if we did not want to go out. We were within walking distance to town and the beach which was great for days out and eating at restaurants etc.

The terrace at the back outside the kitchen was a great family gathering space for us all to eat, chat and just relax.

The rooms were cool and well equipped. The 5th bedroom could usefully be upgraded so that with a party of 10 or more, all visitors get the same experience as this room had no air con and did not have all the extras the other rooms had. The fan helped but would not be effective in the hotter July/August months. I was a bit disappointed about this as it meant one couple in our party did not have such a comfortable experience.

It was lovely and quiet 24 hours a day which was great especially getting a good nights sleep.

Check in and out process quick and easy and team were responsive to a couple of concerns during our stay.

Overall the experience was really positive and met our needs.

Would visit again with party of 8.

I want to start by saying that you are not hiring a Villa, you are hiring a resort! This is a villa on a huge plot of land with an abundance of outdoor space as shown in the pictures - ideal for anyone who loves nature and stargazing at night. The Villa itself has everything you need for a self catering stay and was comfortable for a group of 5 friends. The main selling point for this villa has to be the heated indoor pool which was amazing in the evenings after our long days of exploring the algarve. Communication with hosts was great during the booking period with prompt responses to any questions you may have. The villa manager Joao was great and really helpful and just a great guy overall! This villa is also set in a great location and was a good base for us to explore the algarve! If you are thinking of booking this villa do not hesitate.

Great stay, the villa is very nice and the spaces are large and well organized. All the staff were pleasant and professional.

Just spent a blissful week at this villa.There were 11 of us and we had more than enough space.It is a beautiful villa,very well maintained with wonderful grounds and an amazing pool.All the furniture and equipment is good quality.Lovely welcome when we arrived and the airport transfer quick and professional.We have stayed in many villas and this was the best !!! We are a family of eight, between 24 years and 89 years of age. Our son is sitting in a wheelchair, the grandparents are using a walker. We spent two realaxing weeks in this almost completely wheelchair-accessible villa.

Highlight was the heatable pool which even reached 34°C when we closed the electric poolcover overnight. Another remarkable point was the beautifully designed garden with nice views an palms offering some nice shadow.

Especially helpful for us were the large and modern showers where we could place our shower-chairs for the handicapped members of our family. Only 3 rooms still have smaller showers. Of course you have enough rooms and a lot of space in the villa.

There is a new kitchen, much more modern than on the photos. The same counts for the pool surrounding. The villa has two large diningtables (one inside and one outside on the veranda), each big enough for12 people. To have a nice gas-babeque could be another highlight.

Almost all of the mosquito-fences in front of the windows were broken and we were a bit disapointed that some windows and the door to the veranda of our bedroom were locked and we did not get a key to open them.

Of course you can play tennis, (mini-)golf, table-tennis, billiard, use the very good internet, which is accessible everywere in the house including the garden or simply relax in the hot-tub.

All in all, we can very well recommend this villa for bigger families, a group of friends including elderly or handicapped guests. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We recently enjoyed a family holiday at Villa Monte das Margaridas with a party of 7. The living spaces, kitchen and bedrooms were all very spacious and The pool was always nice and heated.

The views are great day and night, reaching all the way to the sea front. Would definitely recommend spring villas as this was our second stay at one of their beautiful properties.

I booked the villa again after visiting in 2018 and 2019. The booking was for our family of 10 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool and gardens is amazing and the centre for daytime gatherings. The hot tub and pool table are also great to use, as was the gym for my sons. I would recommend this villa for families seeking a large quality villa with walking distance to the beaches and about 5 restaurants.

The only downside is it would benefit from external soft seating in the shade. The whole process and dealings with SpringVillas was clear and professional. The villa manager Elena was very helpful and friendly when needed, and a big shout to the maintenance team, because the gardens and grounds are really magnificent and well maintained. We used Marisa and her team for an evening, where we had a lovely meal cooked for us all. I will probably try another villa with SpringVillas next year for a change but would consider coming back again.

The communication as always with the spring villas team is impeccable. It’s really nice to have the comfort knowing the team are truly looking forward to your stay. This Villa was amazing! It met all our needs as a family and the location is ideal for the shops, beach and restaurants. Luckily the building work next door was on pause road that could have been annoying so so check the status of that before booking. I can’t fault the Villa and we repeatedly book through spring villas year on year. Elena was really helpful in making sure our visit was perfect, thank you!

The villa was a wonderful retreat for our whole, large family. We loved having the pool, the views, the garden and spacious rooms. The villa is situated in a nice quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to walk to the old town and marina. If you have small children, this is the ideal holiday home. My only recommendation is that there should be a security gate for the pool area.

Villa Rock Gardens was an amazing Villa and exceeded all of our expectations. It was in a great location, the town and local amenities were within walking distance. The villa itself was clean and had excellent facilities and it was on fabulous grounds. Miguel and his team were, as always, incredibly helpful and their attentiveness made for a fantastic relaxing holiday. We will definitely book another villa with spring villas in the future.

Had a great time. However had great difficulty getting taxis . The Penina hotel were extremely helpful.

Het was een fantastisch verblijf. Met 12 vrienden hebben wij een weekje mogen geniete van deze Villa. Alle communicatie vooraf was erg duidelijk en het ontvangst door Elena was ook prettig. Als we vragen hadden konden we die direct aan haar stellen en werd dit opgepakt. De uitchecktijd was bij ons om 4am en het was geen probleem. Ze kwamen gewoon de sleutels ophalen om zo uit te checken!

De villa zelf was ook prachtig, het voldoet precies aan de foto's die op de site staan.

We had a great stay at Villa Penina Gardens for ine week in August 2022. The greeting was quick and efficient, and the house had nearly everything we needed. The rooms are spacious, the beds are nice and comfy, and the Air Conditioning was very good to have in summer. The pool was nice and big, even for a party of 12 people. The jacuzzi was nice too, We set the temperature low to cool off from the Algarve summer heat. We loved the gardens around the house to enjoy the sun or have a drink in the shade of the palm trees. The kids loved the Cinema in the house! The kitchen was nice too, but the dishwasher and oven need to be repaired. All in all, a really great stay!

The Villa was very good, it looked really nice. The location was great since you can walk to the harbour but also to the old town.

Villa Catalina ist eine sehr hochwertige, exklusive Villa, die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Grundriss sehr durchdacht. Alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Wir haben den Ausblick auf das Meer sehr genossen. Die Villa bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir hatten tolle Ferien in der Villa Catalina. Das Zentrum und das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Booked for family group of 8 adults and 4 children, the accommodation, facilities and setting of Villa Solar do Mar made for an exceptional holiday experience for us and our extended family group. The wonderful pool proved the centre of activity for all. The well-equipped kitchen, dining and seating areas are orientated for outdoor enjoyment and the pool table in the living room was an added attraction. Located with a seaward view, the villa is within about 20 minutes walk to the sea and 15 minutes walk to the local supermarket, and Armacao de Pera, a small attractive seaside town, with a good selection of restaurants, is a 10 minute drive away. The facilities at the villa meant every age group was catered for and ours ranged from a 2-year old to grandparents. We availed of an option to have a meal catered and served in the villa. The food was delicious and made for wonderful memories.

Overall the quality and extent of accommodation combined with the support of Spring Villas staff meant we had all the backing to enjoy what is now regarded as a great family occasion. If we have a regret it is solely that we couldn't stay longer!

The villa lived up to our expectation. When we first looked at the site there were no reviews and it didn't show on Google Earth. The solar heated pool was fantastic and the villa was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. A couple of observations: Remove the TV in the kitchen or re-position, I think everyone hit their head at some point! Also the steps down to the plant room could do with a gate as its a little dangerous for toddlers but, other than this, we couldn't fault it and will consider returning at some point. The location is also very good, it's within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The nearest supermarket (Lidl) is a bit further and if you have no car you may want to consider a taxi.

We’re an extended family group of 15 just back from a fabulous, once in a lifetime weeks’ stay in Villa Penina Majestic. The villa is fabulous, the outdoor space especially is impressive with lots of different areas to hang out in. The outdoor bar was a great hit also. Pool temperature was perfect and a night time dip was a regular favourite for both children and adults to cool off. Whilst we did have a few teething technical problems these were quickly and efficiently dealt with by Elena who was always on hand with a friendly and professional back up service. We also used the fabulous catering services of Marisa and her team and this was the icing on the cake for us, 4 nights of beautiful meals and bbqs at a very reasonable rate. We loved it al!!

Highly recommend a stay in Villa Catalina. The Villa is exactly as pictured and is a great base to explore the area. The kitchen, BBQ are very well equipped and the rooms and pool are to a very high standard. No complaints at all.

Just returned from a great 10 day family holiday staying at Green Pines. We were 5 adults and 3 children. The Villa is very spacious and well equipped with all bedrooms en-suite and excellent facilities to entertain the family Having a heated pool jacuzzi, tennis court plus Basketball hoop and table tennis. Set in a peaceful location with lovely views. Local town and beach with lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by and plenty more further afield. The outdoor BBQ was really good for evening meals by the pool. Perfect place to stay for families or couples.

Thank you to Elena for greeting us and making sure everything was ok. Hope to be back again one day.

After two years of postponements due to COVID-19 we finally could spend a week in Villa Penina Majestic.

Together with our children and their family we were 14 in total: 8 adults and 6 children.

Two of us would arrive a few hours earlier than expected. Since the villa was available it was no problem at all. After a phone call Elena was already waiting at the gate and showed them around.

Our family enjoyed the heated outdoor pool with a temperature of 28 degrees, very nice.

Also the snooker-table inside the spacious house was a great success.

The coastline is not far away and we visited a few interesting places.

After surfing at the beach in Sagres we drove to Cordoama Viewpoint, which gave us a nice view of the western coast line.

Marisa, Fatima and Miguel served us a really nice Portuguese dinner on Monday and Thursday. They organised everything and we were not allowed to assist them in any way. They did a great job.

We certainly recommend this villa for a larger group. There is enough room for everyone and the facilities are wonderful.

We have just returned from Villa Carlota. We had a wonderful stay and the villa was exceptional. The gardens were vast with lush exotic plants and it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The villa was very large and we all had plenty of space if we wanted to do our own thing. Lots of different little areas to relax in. Miguel has been great and easily contactable and has always replied to any queries we had within a few hours. Elena who met us at the property was very pleasant and welcoming and was on hand throughout our stay should we require anything. We absolutely loved this place and did not want to leave. The villa was very clean and comfortable and was kitted out with everything you could ever need. We have been back home less than a week and are already trying to work out which property to go to next, problem is we are spoilt for choice as they are all so lovely. Think we will gradually make are way through all of them as once you have been to springvillas nothing else can compare.!!

Spacious and sunning villa with a wonderfull view! We loved spacious living room and well equipped kitchen area. No need to share bathrooms, while with friends and extra families. Pool was with heating and suitable also for children. Not far from beaches! Easy with keys and all needed extra help. The villa was amazing and comfortable for two families with small kids. The shallow pool was great for play and provided piece of mind for us parents. The larger pool was a hit with the bigger kids along with the hot tub. It was private, secure, clean and had every amenity you could ask for, including home theatre and playground set! The team at Springvillas did an amazing job of taking care of everything. Checking in on us and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. I would immediately go back and stay with them again. Thank you!

We were with 5 persons in the Spring Villa, everything was as described in the website. The pool and the Hot Tub had the right temperature. You got plenty of room in the villa. We played tennis we played snooker. All was perfect also the service. We came very late (allready dark outside) into the villa and a restaurant was booked for us, and she showed us all the way to the restaurant, so we could have a good dinner. Thank you for a great time in Portugal......

We had a fantastic week at Villa Six Palms, the house is very comfy and Thais everything needed for a self catering stay ,, the indoor pool is a must this time of the year . Our host, Joao was very attentive and available at all times for any queries about the area. If you visit this part of the Algarve do not miss the fish market at Olhão , great fresh fish and prices .

We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday in this wonderful villa. We are 8 adults and 7 very small children. The accommodation was perfect as each family had their own space and all the rooms were very comfortable. This villa has every thing. The heated pool is amazing with a beautiful shallow end perfect for our little children. They also loved the swings and spent a lot of time digging in the sand under the trees. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering but could do with another dishwasher as we seemed to be constantly emptying and refilling the one available.

The supermarkets are 10 minutes away and easy to reach. Alvor is a very nice place with restaurants and shops and beautiful beaches. The marina was our favourite spot and we often had lunch at the yacht club Alvor overlooking the sea. We hired marisa and Miguel in to cook dinner for us on 2 occasions which was a truly wonderful experience allowing us adults to use the lovely bar area. We also visited zoo marine water park which is a great place for families. We were celebrating a 4th birthday that day! Our son took a skydive at skydive 7 which was literally 10 minutes away from the villa. It was a wonderful experience and one to recommend. As a family (some live in the USA) it had been 2 and a half years since we had all been together and what a truly fantastic holiday we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and SpringVillas is a great company to deal with.

We spent the last week of July 2021 at Villa Penina Majestic and would highly recommend this Villa for large groups wanting to stay together. The facilities were all excellent including a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, hot tub and plenty of space in the grounds for sunbathing. The property is extensive and located in a quite location backing onto the golf course. Miguel and Amelia have been a great help and have organised everything for us even having a health technician visit the villa to complete all of our ‘return to UK’ Covid tests. We would highly recommend booking your transfers to and from the airport through Spring Villas as we all arrived in style courtesy of Fernando and his drivers at Grand Wings Luxury Chauffeurs, what a start to the holiday and at a very reasonable cost ! On two nights of our stay Marisa and her colleague came over and prepared for us a fantastic 3 course meal, we had the option to choose from an extensive menu and we would urge anyone staying at Villa Penina Majestic to organise this with Spring Villas as it was a pleasure to relax and enjoy the service delivered by Marisa, the kitchen was left absolutely spotless as well. A fantastic stay and our thanks to everyone that has made it so special.

From the moment we booked until we left this beautiful villa, the SpringVilla team were brilliant. They went over and above to make sure everything was smooth and efficient.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip here at Villa Olivier, the pictures didn’t disappoint and it certainly a property kept to a high standard. The property manager kept in touch always and they made sure our stay was perfect.

From the start of the booking process to the day of checkout, Springvillas was professional and responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. During the stay we needed to call about the hot tub not getting hot and they sent someone immediately and it was fixed. The Villa itself was as described and beautiful. We also had the chef they recommended come to the Villa twice for dinner which was amazing both times and Marisa the chef gets 5 star rating as well. I’m so happy I found Springvillas and we will definitely be back and stay with them again and I would highly recommend this company. We spend a week with a group of 14 which gave us lots of extra space. The outside porch was ideal for dining and the kitchen was very well equipped for home cooking (which we did). Large swimming pool and perfect jacuzzi. Everything in mint condition. Also fast internet (important for the children) and no noise from traffic or neighbors. A real luxury experience.

Após a estadia na Villa Eagles Nest, venho agora agradecer a Vossa eficiência, celeridade e profissionalismo na reserva que realizamos de última hora no passado dia 30/4.

Efectivamente, no passado dia 30/4, estávamos já a caminho do Alentejo quando recebemos a informação da unidade hoteleira para onde iríamos a transmitir que não nos poderia receber porque a região fora encerrada por "cordão sanitário".

Nesse momento lembrei-me de recorrer aos Vossos serviços na tentativa de resolver a situação da falta de estadia para a nossa família. E em boa hora o fiz.

Resta-me agradecer novamente e dar os parabéns a todos os envolvidos no processo. Desde a primeira chamada telefónica com o Miguel Silva, o acompanhamento de todo o processo de forma muito célere e profissional, quer do Miguel, Amélia e João, até ao acolhimento pela Silvia já na Villa, tudo correu impecavelmente.

Obviamente a equipa que terá preparado a casa num curto espaço de tempo, também realizou um bom trabalho. Não temos nada de negativo a apontar.

A facilidade no check-out tardio, que também agradecemos, porque nos possibilitou usufruir da manhã completa. Também registei positivamente a pontualidade da Silvia de acordo com o combinado, quer na chegada quer na saída.

A casa estava em óptimas condições e revelou-se uma excelente escolha para o nosso objectivo final que era somente o de descansar com a maior serenidade possível e recarregar "baterias".

Espero que também tenham encontrado a casa exactamente em boas condições, pelo menos foi nossa preocupação fazer por tal.

A moradia estava em excelentes condições, para além de oferecer todas as condições necessárias para umas férias relaxantes.

O único ponto que carece de melhoria, é de facto o acesso á moradia.

De qualquer forma, foi possível reunir a família num ambiente relaxante, o que num período de pandemia, é de facto muito agradável.

My family and I stayed for a week and loved every minute of our stay. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the villa and all of its beauty. the beach is literally down the street and a very enjoyable walk or bike-ride away. The villa was very clean and well taken cared of with more than enough space to enjoy. A simpatia e disponibilidade de quem nos acolheu e resolveu alguns imprevistos que aconteceram.e ainda o bolo de aniversário que tiveram a amabilidade de me oferecer, dado que no dia de saída fazia anos. Esta foi a nossa segunda estadia na Villa Carlota permanecendo o desejo de regressar. Após uma excelente experiência no passado verão decidimos voltar no inverno. Em ambas as estações, podemos desfrutar de uma experiência memorável na Villa. Trata-se de uma moradia charmosa, completamente renovada, com uma vista maravilhosa sobre a vila histórica de Silves. Dos nossos momentos favoritos na villa, destacamos os pequenos-almoços no terraço apreciando a tranquilidade exterior e contemplando a vista soberba. Nas noites de verão, também desfrutamos de excelentes jantares nesse terraço. A moradia é espaçosa, muito harmoniosa, com um extenso jardim exterior, meticulosamente cuidado, onde realizamos diariamente passeios tranquilizantes. No verão privilegiamos a convidativa piscina exterior e o jacuzzi. No inverno desfrutamos mais da piscina interior, que esteve sempre muito bem aquecida, proporcionando uma experiência deveras relaxante. Outros dos nossos momentos favoritos, quer no verão, quer no inverno, foram os serões passados no anexo, Casablanca, com uma excelente decoração a fazer-nos recuar no tempo para o cenário do celebre filme. Além da qualidade do alojamento e da envolvência, temos a destacar o profissionalismo, a simpatia e a eficiência de toda a equipa, o que nos proporcionou uma experiência memorável, a repetir.

un peu d'humour avec ce titre, puisque nous sommes dans l'année covid et qu'après avoir reporté notre semaine d'avril à octobre (merci springvillas) nous avons réalisé notre réunion familiale prévue depuis 2019. Les 13 qui composent notre famille étaient au rendez vous. Mis à part une journée intense de pluie ,le reste de la semaine a été ensoleillée. Difficile de rajouter des commentaires aux précédents quant à la qualité de la prestation proposée par springvillas, mais tout est formidable.

la villa a tout le confort sauf peut être la cuisine qui mérite lorsque nous sommes 13, un réaménagement du réfrigérateur, quelques ustensiles supplémentaires et un appareil type mixeur. (nous aurions du en faire la demande dès notre arrivée). Ce sont des détails ,car vraiment entre les piscines ,jaccuzzi, salle de gym, billard ,ping-pong ,vélos etc...et le golf à proximité nous étions comblés.

J'oubliais le jardin ... quelle merveille entre les arbres fruitiers , les plantations ,les allées et j'en oublie.... et la découverte des restaurants : le café ingles entre autre à silves et ceux de plage.

Nous reviendrons , quand ? je ne sais pas, mais je pense que springvillas sera notre 1er interlocuteur pour un nouveau séjour.

A beautiful villa in a good location being in walking distance of beaches, supermarket and a small selection of bars and restaurants.

The villa is clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous well looked after grounds, a huge swimming pool and fabulous hot tub.

Everything was just as described, and full use was made of the pool table, table tennis and gym!

Thank you to Elena, who was always quick to reply to any questions we had and organising our airport transfer.

Reúne tudo o que queríamos para umas férias descansadas. A casa é ótima, limpa com todos os utensílios necessários. As piscinas são fantásticas. Passámos a semana na Villa sempre com atividades para fazer.

Our fantastic experiance started even before we arrived,it was becouse amazing customer service of spring villas team! In the last moment we had ppl cancelling due to covid restrictions, we got money back no problem for this people! Checking in was easy, nice and with high safety standards. Jao is great to deal with, always on the other site of the phone if you need anything. Villa is brilliant, you have everything you need there. Kids loved pool and cinema, adults jacuzzi, well equipment kitchen. Very comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms. Loads of space, great sounds system, bbq area. Everything amazing! We got married as we were there and springvillas team give us little gift, that was super nice and another prove how fantastic there customer service is. We very much enjoyed our stay here the views are amazing and the villa is modern and light. Great for a family and not far from local shops and restaurants but you would need a car. Would definitely book again. Also any issues were sorted quickly by Joao who was excellent. 100% recommend.

We rented this villa for a group of 14 people from three families. The property was ideal - every room was well appointed and it was a real luxury having en-suite bathrooms for each room. The outdoor area was very well designed and we loved the pool and the Jacuzzi. The kitchen was very well supplied for a large group and we appreciated the welcome package. We enjoyed the fabulous cooking of Marisa and her colleagues on two evenings, and the services of Fernando and his colleagues, who drove us to and from dinner on two evenings was fantastic. My only suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade the tennis rackets provided (the current rackets are children's size) and to add some furniture to the balconies upstairs. Miguel and Amelia from Springvillas were professional and helpful both before and after our stay

We stayed at this villa for four days and wish it could have been longer. Very spacious, very comfortable, well preserved and maintained. The house is fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. The area is quiet and ideal for a relaxed stay. Very good location just a short drive to several beaches and restaurants. The team was very welcoming and professional, quickly and efficiently solving a couple of issues we had, and went that extra mile which makes all the difference. Our experience with Springvillas was so good that soon after we departed we booked again with them. I definitely recommend this villa for a nice and relaxed vacation.

A moradia é excelente e está muito bem situada. Tudo funcionou muito bem, especialmente o ar condicionado que mantinha a casa sempre fresquinha.

Outra surpresa muito agradável foi a piscina aquecida, que apesar de parecer algo dispensável, tornou as nossas férias substâncialmente melhores, pelo facto de nos ser possível tomar banhos intermináveis atá à noite...foi um elemento diferenciador.

We stayed at the villa for more than a week recently as a group for friends getting together from round the globe. Right from booking to check-in/out process was quite smooth and fuss free. We cooked pretty much every day and were able to find excellent produce from local markets with ease. Heated pool and tub option worked well and all of us enjoyed sports facilities at the villa. Would recommend without hesitation and will retook another villa in future with Spring Villas.

This is a truly great villa! We stayed for a week over new year 2020, so the heated indoor pool was brilliant and the huge hot tub used everyday! We’re a family of 11 aged 8-88, having a global family reunion so space and facilities were important. We had 2 extra beds added but there was still plenty of space. We visited in winter so the heated indoor pool was wonderful. You can get 4-5 strokes into a length so it’s big enough for a morning swim, but add a few kids and it’s obviously full. Be aware it’s 140cm in the shallow end so too deep for very young kids and there’s no grip along the edges for weak swimmers to hang onto. The outdoor hot tub has 5 seats and was used morning to midnight. Everyone loved it. Spacious gym has loads of natural light, running machine, bike, punch bag, bench press and a few free weights. There are also 4-5 bicycles in the utility room, we didn’t take those out, but they looked to be in good shape. The main house has a lovely open dining room and living room, opening onto a balcony and with a shaded outdoor table round the corner. The kitchen was ok, but a little small for the house, and we did have problems with fuses tripping every time the kettle went on, but we boiled water in a pan and used the coffee machine. One evening we had chef Marisa recommended by the villa, who cooked a huge meal and desserts, which fed us the next day too. All the bedrooms were a good size, nice en suites, hot showers, and new towels all round. The games room is in a separate building, down several steps from the main house, and has a pool table and table tennis, and overlooks the outdoor pool (not heated but looked brilliant for summer) as well as being directly connected to the indoor pool. There’s also a basic small kitchen area with sofas and a dining table right next to the outdoor pool. The games room building also has a bedroom (fairly basic, we got 3 single beds into it) and a nice bathroom, but be sure the configuration works for you. There are lights from the games room up to the house and wifi down there too, but some of the windows didn’t lock well so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving kids on their own. Older teenagers or adults would be fine I’m sure. Finally the grounds are much bigger than I imagined. Kids play area, pond, fruit trees, etc. Photos all accurately show the villa. Very much recommend this villa and the management team.

La villa propose des prestations de haut niveau, parfaitement adaptée à un groupe de 16 personnes.

Le confort (literie, salles de bains, cuisine, salon) et les équipements (piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, table de ping pong, tennis, billard etc) étaient top.

La maison est située dans un environnement très calme et verdoyant, sans vis à vis, on s'y sent parfaitement bien.

Tous les soirs, Marisa et Miguel nous livraient des repas portugais prêts à consommer, commandés à l'avance. Nous nous sommes régalés !

Elena has welcome us and was available at any time to intervene when needed.

The villa offers very high level services, perfectly adapted to a group of 16 people.

The comfort (beds, bathrooms, kitchen, living room) and the equipment (heated swimming-pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, tennis, billiard table etc) were perfect.

The house is located in a very quiet, green environment and not overlooked, we felt there very well.

Every evening, Marisa and Miguel were bringing us Portuguese fresh meals that we had ordered prior to our stay. They were delicious !

We have just returned from our stay at Six Palms. The location of the property is great for travelling around the algarve. The village of Estoi is a stones throw away with its Milreu Roman ruins and Estoi palace.

The property is set on one floor from the entrance you have the kitchen on the left,which has all the cooking implements you need. In front of you is a large living area with dining table and open plan sitting room with open fire. Great for those winter evenings. To the right of the open plan living area is a large space with indoor heated pool,shower and WC. The highlight of the property for the winter months. The outdoor pool is large but due to being December not for the faint hearted. The grounds are very spacious and you can see across the algarve to the sea from the property. The sunsets are amazing with the backdrop of the olive trees and palms.

We spent every day in the heated pool. table tennis, volley ball, badminton,football are also provided to keep everyone entertained. The living room has a large smart tv with access to netflix etc.

On the left of the living room is a long corridor with the bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated large and airy.each has it's own bathroom and access to the balcony which overlooks the gardens. There is also a seperate laundry room with washer dryer and an outdoor space for the bikes that are also offered with this property. We hired a car and I would suggest this for visiting great areas like Tavira and Praya Verde

This property has everything you need for a perfect stay in the Algarve. There is a small road to the front of the property, (house accessed via electric gates) however you can not hear any road noise from indoors. The house is very secure.

On arrival we were met by the very friendly Joao property manager who showed us around and was available for anything we needed. He was superb. Spring Villas made everything easy and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Fantastic property, pool and gardens etc beautiful, exactly as it looks on the website or even better. Pool was in use from morning till night! We had a wonderful family holiday. Has everything you could wish for. Very private and secure. Spring villas were really good. We had one or two problems, but they did their best to sort them out as quickly as possible. All in all a very memorable time.

This was our second return to this wonderful villa. We stayed here in September 2018 and have just returned from another amazing holiday there again in September 2019.

The villa is very spacious, modern and has all you would want in a luxury holiday villa. There are at least 7 restaurants in close proximity and a supermarket for all you need. Lovely beaches, great cycling routes but most of all a most amazing villa. If you are thinking about this villa and this area, don’t hesitate to consider Villa Solar Do Mar. Ten of us have just returned from Penina Gardens and it was everything we hoped and more. We got a little lost on arrival as our Sat Nav wanted to take us to the wrong golf course but we were met by Elena who was very friendly and didn’t seem to mind at all having to come to collect us :)

During our week we had a couple of minor problems and Elena was very quick to respond and get them fixed.

As for the previous feedback on here about the beds, only two members of our party found them hard the other eight found them to be extremely comfortable. I guess it’s all a matter of what you are used to.

We would definitely stay here again and indeed would recommend Spring Villas to our friends.

Our large family of 15 enjoyed a wonderful and very relaxing vacation in this beautiful, spacious villa and would not hesitate in recommending it. The villa is truly luxurious and we used all of its many facilities - table tennis, the pool table, the cinema, the gym and especially the swimming pool. We enjoyed many cycle rides on the good quality bikes provided and enjoyed discovering the area by way of the many excellent cycle paths. We were also very fortunate to be catered for by the wonderful Marisa and her equally wonderful partner Miguel, who prepared many amazing meals for us at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in the sun. The layout of the villa was excellent and the pool area fabulous, with lots of places to enjoy the sun, or shade. The bikes were a big hit as was the table tennis and pool table. The area is great for walking and cycling, with just a short car journey down to the marina. Golf, as you might expect, was excellent. we played both courses at the Vale do Lobo and the Old course at Dom Pedro. Booking through a golf company bizzarly provided better green fees.

The wifi was intermittent, which made the use of the cinema frustrating and many of the beds were not up to standard; narrow twin beds in the master suite was not what you might expect.

We took advantage of the home chef, with Marisa and Miguel coming 6 times in all. The food was just fabulous and they could not do more to make meal time more enjoyable. Great variety, catering for everyone from kids to vegetarians; with traditional Portuguese meals to Hamburgers.

We would highly recommend the villa, but the beds do need to be sorted.

The villa was exactly as described, the facilities are first class, we had 10 people staying and there was plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. We cooked every second night, the fresh produce you can buy at the local supermarkets is superb. Elena the company representative was very good at explaining all the equipment at the villa. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to holiday in the Algarve, everything is close buy, the local restaurants are very good. We had a fantastic time here for 14 days, we will be back.

Villa Penina Majestic has everything you need to feel comfortable in it. Bright and spacious rooms, very well equipped kitchen. The garden is huge, well kept, the pool and jacuzzi are fantastic. We have a lot of fun with the pool table, bicycles, tennis court.....Outdoor breakfast is a real treat. In short, a perfect holiday!!!

Thanks to Spring Villa’s for a wonderful week in this stunning Property. We booked this as a surprise for my Mum’s 70th. There were 13 of us aged 1 to 70 and no one wanted to come home.

The villa is well equipped and within walking distance of beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. We took a short taxi ride to a traditional Portuguese restaurant in Porches. We also spent a day at Zoomarine which is great for children and the bus picks up at the Supermarket. Mostly we hung out by the pool with sea views!

The children loved the pool and the adults made good use of the BBQ and hot tub.

Elena and Silva from SpringVillas also presented my mother with a beautiful cake on her birthday which was a lovely gesture.

Villa had plenty of room it was clean and cozy and well appointed and the gardens and pool areas were a delight. I really loved everything about it except for the beds which were very hard and uncomfortable and of poor quality .I would love to return as everything else about the villa was superb ,if the beds were upgraded !!!

We did not have a car and there are no shops for groceries etc within walking distance but taxis are readily available.

We had to carry our golf clubs to the golf club as the golf club could not assist us with collection of our clubs even though 8 of us were playing in the resort and had dined in hotel on 2 occasions , which was disappointing

This villa exceeded expectations! Yes the pictures are beautiful, but even more beautiful when there in person! The facilities were great, plenty for everyone to do and well equipt! We had a marvellous time and hope to visit again! The Bells

A very spacious and elegant property that easily accommodated our group even when we swelled to 12 people. Highly recommended.

There's not much to say that hasn't already been said before by other reviewers. The photos of this villa really don't do it justice. It was fabulous. Our welcome from Elena was warm, friendly and informative; the rooms and facilities were wonderful; and the impression the villa made on me and my fellow guests was priceless. Miguel and his team answered all our questions prior to our arrival and helped us properly prepare for our time away. My family have not stopped talking about the experience since we got home and every one of us would go back given the chance. Definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the villa over the past few days. Settling in the amazing village with a cozy enviornment Checkin is smooth and effective, amentities and the house is fabulous. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful Villa with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation! The host, Vera, was lovely. Great pool and better than in the pictures. Location is about 15-30min driving to many beaches, but secluded enough to have a country feel to it.

Would recommend it to any family or group of friends.

We spent 8 days in October 2018 - my wife and I, our children & partners plus our grandchildren, eleven of us in all. My wife and I had checked the place out beforehand in April 2018 when we were on a golfing break in Algarve. The idea came to me to celebrate my birthday here in October with the family. We met Miguel in April who showed us this villa, Penina III, along with a few more; my wife opted for Penina III, and we didn't regret it. October is good here for people from northern Europe, just to remind them the sun still exists ! There still was some rain however. The layout of the place was great for what we needed - good kitchen facilities, plenty of room inside and out, swimming pool at 30°C, pool-table, sun-deck, table-tennis, great environment inside the Penina golf complex area.. All the staff were pleasant and professional. I am happy to recommend the villa and the company. I give it a four-star rating only because when Miguel showed us around in April, he showed us a couple of even more opulent villas, but these were more expensive and a bit over the top for our requirements especially because we had young children in the party.

8 golf buds stayed 4 nights and we had a fantastic time. As soon as you arrive the place is homely and spacious. It’s modern and clean, simple and stylish. The facilities from kitchen to sports area are top notch. The beds, bedrooms and bathrooms are high standard. It’s a quiet area and only €7 by Uber to the marina. Very convenient for Airport and Golf Courses. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights in November. It was absolutely perfect. We had a mixed group-my husband and I and our 8 year old...both of her (Website hidden by Airbnb) husbands sister and her 18 month old, and my moms second husband. We asked springvillas for the villa that was walking distance to some restaurants and bars and things to do-they delivered! This is a great location and a fabulous house! Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s even a dryer. We had a great time! Thank u SpringVillas for a great house that allowed us to relax and have a “home base” :)

We were really impressed with the villa and the surrounding area, amenities etc, it is close enough to the old town to walk even with a toddler and a baby in tow! That was our main prerequisite. The lady that checked us in was so good, our flight was delayed quite considerably but I called spring villas when we landed and they were at the villa within 5 minutes of us arriving to check us in, furthermore she came at 5.15am to check us out as we had a very early flight home. The villa itself was clean and exactly as it looks on the pictures, spacious and in great condition. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank your Spring Villas! Oh and I mustn’t forget to mention I asked them if they could arrange a cake as it was my mum’s birthday whilst we were out there, they did so and wouldn’t take any money from me and delivered it to the villa on the day! Above and beyond service!

large spacious villa with excellent amenities like a pool table, table tennis, bikes and a great external area with pool. jose was an excellent host and was always available to answer any questions and did our food and alcohol shop prior to our arrival. jose also helped with organising activities. the villa is extremely well priced given the high quality. it is a little isolated but given the price and standard it is a small opportunity cost. jose was also extremely relaxed on check out compared to other airbnb hosts who would be looking to gain addittional payment for something like a broken glass. i couldnt recommend this villa and Jose highly enough. absolutely perfect experience for the stag do.

it was our fourth stay with SpringVillas and everything was perfect as usual.

The Villas of this company have a very high standard that you rarely can find anywhere else.

We were two families with three teenie girls and two boys aged 11.

The girls were very happy to take the two rooms in the ground floor because they were a bit separated from the other rooms so they had a lot of privacy and fun.

They loved to go up to the rooftop terrace by sunset to take some Instagram pics.

They boys liked the huge pool and the ping pong table .

The men estimated the well equipped fitness room.

The Villa is very near to two beaches which you can reach by foot.

Some evenings we put some fresh fish on the barbecue other evenings we walked to some restaurants nearby.

Each morning we bought some fresh rolls and chocolate croissant in the Intermaché supermarket which was only 7 minutes by foot .

We really enjoyed our holiday and will come back next year.

Wij waren van 6 tot 13 oktober met 8 volwassenen, 1 kind van vier en 1 van anderhalf in deze villa en hij beantwoordde aan al onze verwachtingen. Het zwembad was heerlijk en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, inclusief de badlakens! We hoefden alleen nog boodschappen te doen maar de winkel, een Intermarché, ligt op loopafstand waardoor we elke ochtend verse broodjes konden halen! Prachtig uitzicht en een goede uitvalsplek naar alle prachtige stranden in de buurt. We hadden wel auto’s om van en naar het vliegveld in Faro te komen. En om mooie trips te maken naar Lagos, Monchique, een winery enz. Kortom; deze villa is een aanrader!

The house is huge, and has many amenities. The outdoor pool was great, and it was nice with a game room in the basement. Spring Villas was a very easy to communicate with, and replied fast.

We have just returned from a week at villa casa du Sol. We were a little disappointed on first seeing the main living area as it appeared smaller and little less attractive to the photos, but once we settled in, we were very comfortable and the space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. It was spotless and very well stocked with all you need to enjoy the villa inside and the pool is just Fab. We swam every day...and night . I felt some of the furniture was a little tired and the mat in living area very slippery on the concrete floor. BBQ and parasols might need a little TLC. The villa is beautiful but could benefit with few tweaks. Staff were great to deal with and very helpful. Definitely recommend this villa for family holiday.

We booked Villa Bella Vista for our 2018 hols, We are two families holidaying together. When we arrived at the Villa it was just so beautiful we had the most relaxing week, we really should have booked for 2 weeks. The only negative aspect for us was that there was no shops within walking distance to get food / drink supplies, so it was taxis every time, but this wouldn't put me off the Villa as the taxi prices where very reasonable.. Thanks for everything, if we decide to come back to Portugal in 2020 we will definitely come back through your company to book another Luxury Villa.

The sun shone, the cold beer flowed, the smell of sun cream filled the air along with the verdant laugher of all the friends who lived those moments - a time was had while the sun shone in Albufeira that year.

The pool was great, the house was clean with good aircon and the agency were excellent being there at 6am on our departure day to check us out was a nice touch. Great communal spaces (living room/back yard/pool areas) and enough terraces and balconies to get some quiet time if needed.

A great little bar, supermarket and curry house/café down the road, the marina is 10 mins walk as is the nearest beach.

We loved every minute - thank you so much (highly likely to be back!)

We took my mother to Villa Penina Gardens to celebrate her 85th birthday. It was perfect for our group of eleven. It was very modern, spacious, clean and secure. The pool area and outdoor dining area were great for our large group. We were greeted on arrival by Elena who showed us around. During our stay we had a problem with an AC Unit and it was repaired promptly within hours of emailing Miguel. We will definitely come back and will recommend Spring Villas to our family and friends.

The villa was all that we expected and the children had a marvellous time. The bedrooms were luxurious and very spacious as were the grounds and garden. The position of the villa is sited in a very up market location and cars are necessary to reach any desired facilities. However there were four bicycles available and the cycle lanes are all excellent and easy to use.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were in constant use during the long sunny days and much enjoyed.

We used the catering facility provided by Mariana on two evenings and the food and menu choice was superb and was excellent value for money.

Pick up transfers by taxi to and from the airport were good and always on time. The fares were very reasonable and we also used the same company, Sunrise Travel, when visiting other locations.

Spring Villas are an excellent company to deal with and every step of the way they were always available promptly to deal with all queries, particularly during the pre planning period.

We have no hesitation in recommending them and the Vilamoura Palace villa when considering a large family holiday.

We had a fantastic week at the villa. Spacious, great amenities (pool table, table tennis, bbq), swimming pool not freezing cold and all of SpringVillas staff were great throughout.

This was the first time we used SpringVillas. We were looking for a place to stay that was big enough for our group and with a bit of luck we found this amazing villa.

This is the first time we have used Spring Villas. We've visited Portugal every year for a number of years and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in with the most attentive owners happy to help. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the BBQ area outside is great. There's lots of space downstairs so you aren't on top of each other and the beds are comfortable.

The roads nearby are quiet, it's easy to find your way around Portugal if you've never been before. This villa is close to the two main roads which will get you to all the resorts around the algarve.....and zoomarine! My children always request a trip to zoomarine.

We are now on countdown to come back and stay in another of your villas next may.

We have just returned from a week in Vilamoura Palace. 10 Adults and 6 teenagers. We loved the villas and made use of all its facilities. This Villas is spacious. We made use of the chef when Mariana came to cook for us which was simply fantastic. As the weather was not perfect we still enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Thank you To Joao and Miguel. We hope to stay in one of your Villas again in the future.

Great property!

Stayed at the villa from the 25th - 28th may 18, on arrival our first impressions were WOW!! but as the days went by it was much, much, better, we enjoyed everything about the Villa i.e cleanliness, surroundings, facilities in the Villa, everything. We went to relax and spend quality time with the family and am glad to say it was achieved, weather was perfect not too warm but the heated pool and Jacuzzi made it perfect for the adults and children to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen has all one needs and if one wants not to cook you have the option of Silves which has takeaways, restaurants and Grocery shops. Overall very satisfied and will be returning again in the near future. Last but not least we were greeted with a warm welcome and explained well all that we needed to know.

We stayed at Villa Vilamoura Palace for 1 week with 14 adults and this was just the perfect accommodation for our group. We enjoyed the heated pool & jacuzzi and all the sports equipment (pool billiard, table tennis and badminton) on a daily basis. The spacious and quiet garden was perfect to relax and sunbathe. Greeting, cleaning service and leaving the Villa went smoothly and was handled very professionally. I can highly recommend the Villa & Springvillas as your trusted rental specialist in Portugal! Villa was absolutely fantastic. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Everyone in our group had a brilliant time. The pool and hot tub were a particular highlight. The outdoor bar was well used. This was the perfect based for relaxing and exploring nearby Alvor town. Could not have asked for anymore. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!!!

We are a Family of 7 adults and 7 children between 9 and 15 and this is just the perfect place. The combination of swimming pool, cinema (we used our laptop and HDMI cable) pool table, bikes, etc creates lots of excitement. Vilamoura village is relatively quiet and luxurious, compared to Albufeira. Quiet surroundings. The services of Springvilla are excellent: friendly and extremely professional. No negatives.

Just back from a great holiday. Stayed in Villa Casa do sul which was ideal for six adults and one six-year-old. The villa is beautiful , very spacious and the layout allows for everyone to have their own space. It is well equipped and has all the mod cons. The pool is a good size and heated. The villa enjoys a great location being situated in a quiet area just a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket.

Every thing you need to enjoy your stay has been thought of, the pool table, table tennis table, table football and bikes are all a plus factor.

Check in and check out are well managed and we hope to return one day.

We booked this Villa last year for three weeks and came back this year for almost two months in Feb/Mar. It is very well located and there is a good grocery store and restaurants close by. The Villa is outstanding and well furnished and equipped. The grounds and pool are regularly serviced to maintain its beauty. There are plenty of outdoor lounges and chairs by the pool.

Miguel has been so helpful to us (last year our vehicle conked out and Miguel and his family came to the rescue!). Silvia is the Housekeeper and she was always smiling and cheerful when she came to clean...we loved her and her daughter!

Nous étions un groupe de 8, et avons loué pour 5 jours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est magnifique, très agréable à vivre avec de très beaux volumes. Les chambres et salle de bains sont spacieuses. La vue est magnifique. Les extérieurs très bien entretenus, les piscines et jacuzzi propre et plus qu'agréable. Les prestations sont excellentes et nous y retournerions sans hésiter ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and exactly how it looked on the pictures! It was so big and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect weekend stay. It was clean and modern and had all the amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were fab and were warm (we went the end of February) and the gardens were stunning. Miguel was so helpful and showed us around upon arrival. He communicated with us beforehand and greeted us late at night which was lovely. He also provided us with places to eat and drink and taxi numbers so we could get around. It wasn't too far from small restaurants and bars, we paid around 14 euro in a taxi coming home. Overall we had the best experience and I would definitely recommend Spring Villas to anyone. We will look on returning in the future. :)

We stayed in August 2017, 4 families consisting of 16 people and the villa did not seem crowded as lots of room. Villa is located on the lovely Penina Golf Course. There are lots of positives to this villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. any questions or issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently, Fresh grapes off the vines every morning,

If I had to be negative about this villa then the pool is slightly on the small side and the outside areas seemed disjointed in that the BBQ area was the other side of the villa from the pool and table area.

A car is essential

We just returned from a week at Villa Carlotta. What a wonderful experience! The villa is huge and there was plenty of room for our group of 9 to spread out and relax. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the play area. We walked into Silves every day and truly enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Sylvia for accommodating our early check out time!

We stayed in this beautiful villa in February 2018. I can highly recommend this villa for its lovely views towards the sea and high quality furnishings. No expense has been spared with the build quality and so much thought has gone into the interior design. The swimming pool is lovely and huge. There was also a hot tub which we used a lot.

There is plenty for teenagers and adults to do, with a selection of bikes, a pool table, ping pong and a fully equipped gym. For the little ones there is a play area with a slide, swing and a push-me-pull-me.

As this villa sleeps up to 16 people, there was plenty of cutlery and crockery, and the pans were huge. That is good if there are a lot of you, but there was only 3 of us and sometimes we just wanted to heat some milk in a small pan or heat something small. We had to use the huge pans so it would help if there was one or two smaller pans.

The management/ staff of Spring Villas were excellent with their correspondence and normally replied either immediately or within a couple of hours.

We got a taxi to the villa and hired a car locally from Europcar, which is a 5 minute walk away from the villa. Very handy for those who do not want to drive from the airport.

The beach at Praia da Senor da Roches was lovely and in February was very quiet. Slightly further is the Praia da Cova Redonda which is slightly bigger. It has lots of steps down (and obviously back up again!!!!)

We can recommend Restaurant Palmeiras opposite the Pestana Viking Hotel, which was quite lively the night we were there. The beach snack bar on Praia da Senora da Roches was not great and in fact our teenage daughter left her food as it was so bad. The intermarche supermarket is at the end of the road from the villa.

All in all, a lovely villa in a quiet village (Alporchinos) within walking distance of Armacao de Pera. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year!!

We loved staying here - great kitchen, living area and bedrooms! Plenty of storage and very good management. We were two families with two 6 year olds and a 4 year old. All were thrilled - we swam in the pool every day which was heated to a very comfortable temperature, enjoyed Daily walks to the beach, and great local restaurants. We are looking forward to coming back!!

Villa Xelb is a great property that can easily accommodate a party of eight with all the amenities you would expect of a high end house. The communication with our hosts was easy and fluid, Spring Villas is a family run business and they made everything to make us feel at home during our 4 nights stay. There is also a clear attention to details from the elegant "laid back" decor to the quality of the beds, the twin sets of towels in every room, the snooker room and the pool and barbecue area...all the right ingredients for a perfect holiday. We strongly recommend it.

Gorgeous villa with everything you could need and a great warm welcome and exit by Marianna. It's located in a quiet residential area, about 15 mins to walk to the Old Town. For my parents (75+) the walk to town was ok but it's uphill on the way back. Taxis are very cheap and easily available so it wasn't a problem. All in all, it was lovely stay. The villa is perfect for families or a small group of people.

From the moment we met Joao and looked at the villa we knew we had chosen the right one, we have been renting villas on the Algarve for over 20 years and although everyone we have stayed in has it’s merits for the 2 of us this one outshone the rest, ideal for small families or groups of 6 and the heated indoor swimming pool was a very big bonus.

The villa itself is of a high standard and if you add the well kept gardens and outside pool plus the use of mountain bikes, a volley ball, ball games area it really is good value.

If you like Albufeira probably not the villa for you but for peace and relaxation this is the one.

I was full of trepidation prior to arriving at the villa. Was it too good to be true??......NO! What a fabulous place! Had a week recharging batteries blessed with fantastic weather. We were using the pool virtually all day. So much to do there and so many beautiful beaches in close proximity. Enjoyed a run around the golf course. The hosts were great and accommodating- arranged the rooms as we needed. We had a problem with the pool that was sorted within the hour. I would highly recommend the well-appointed villa... though I might not tell too many people as we want to go back! :)

We stayed as 2 families with 4 adults/4 small kids. The villa was very spacious and could have easily accommodated a few more. It was clean and well presented - lots of quirky/retro furnishing and generally well equipped too. The pool was also lovely and warm which our kids appreciated too. It wasn't really a problem for us, but there are multiple levels and steps so if you have a newly-walking toddler, you might want to bear that in mind! It was possible to walk down into Albufeira town in about 15 mins, even with kids - its all downhill down (and uphill up of course) so be prepared for carrying small children. Overall had a great time, and villa was lovely to come home to for afternoon swim/dinner after days out exploring local beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Casa Do Sul. The house is big, clean and comfortable. The kids loved playing in the heated pool. That's where they spent most of their time. The cable TV was great when it was raining outside. The games room is great for older kids or grown ups.

It would have been nice to have some toys for the younger children.

We bought some inflatable pool toys and pool balls. We left them behind for other guests to enjoy. Hopefully the management keeps them at the villa.

It would also have been nice to have some plastic plates, bowels and cups for the younger children so that the parents don't have to constantly worry about possible breakage. This only costs a few Euros but makes it so much easier and relaxing for the guests.

The villa is very close to a beautiful beach with restaurants. It also has a convenient store right behind the house and a good supermarket just a few minutes walk away which makes it all so easy.

We had a fantastic time at the villa and definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great communication from SpringVillas. Met and shown around the villa on arrival and available over the phone when we had a question about the house. The pool was by far the highlight of the holiday for our 4 year old son. Nice location in quieter area of Albufeira with bar and supermarket only ~5 minutes walk.

Location is excellent, view over the nice town of Silves with the Castello, a beautiful garden and all the facilities you can ask for! The amazing beaches are nearby if the pool area isn't enough and a daytrip to the end of the world is nice when you got too much sun. We like to revisit!

Great villa for the hollidays in Portugal. Nice location, walking distance to the beach, smooth communication with the host, no problem with check in/-out. Highly recommended!

The villa, very near to Alvor and its great beach was beautiful . The grounds the pools and all the facilities provided a great holiday for our family of 16 adults. We were greeted with a friendly tour of the property and found everything we needed. There is plenty of room and well equipped for fun and games and restful places too. It is only a short drive to the town where there are many restaurants and places to see the views. All in all I cannot fault anything about it so see for yourselves and enjoy it as much as we did!

We were a large group of 14 - the owners catered to us perfectly and provided us with everything we needed!

Beautiful and spacious rooms, all ensuite and close to each other, good for families with children.

One master bedroom is very private, a kind of own private bird nest, separated from the other bedrooms.

You walk in through a door from the pool area. This is great if you are a couple looking for some privacy.

And it has a beautiful view to the pool area.

Air conditioner in every room.

Well equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed for simple holiday cooking.

The garden is huge and really beautiful!

It is has a very private feeling, no neighbours very close.

The pool is really exceptional, biggest that we have ever seen in a private villa. Plus it is heated.

Barbecue area was very nicely located close to the dining area.

Villa Penina Majestic has everything you need to feel comfortable in it. Bright and spacious rooms, very well equipped kitchen. The garden is huge, well kept, the pool and jacuzzi are fantastic. We have a lot of fun with the pool table, bicycles, tennis court.....Outdoor breakfast is a real treat. In short, a perfect holiday!!!

We have been in many villas so far but we've never seen and been in such a UNIQUE and absolutely AMAZING villa! This villa is giant, all bedrooms are ensuite, every room is large, the master suites with their own living rooms are a piece of art!

Outdoors you have more than you could imagine! Very large heated pool, an amazing jacuzzi, brand new tennis court with lights to play at night along with all the other lots of lights in the outdoor areas, great mini-golf for adults and children...outdoor bar..gardens, bicycles...uffff...so many things to keep both adults and children entertained.

This villa is simply TOP, the best you could get! Superior quality, outstanding facilities and fantastic hosts. Miguel from SpringVillas was always available any time we needed! Strongly recommended! Phil W.

Great villa with an amazing garden! We found everything we needed to enjoy a very pleasant family break. The pool area was clean and safe with BBQ. The villa is very comfortable with great porches where we spent most of our time. The surrounding area is green and beautiful and Silves has some very nice places to visit like the castle. Sonia and Rita are lovely ladies and welcomed us very well. We hope to come back soon!

De beschrijving op de site was eigenlijk te mooi om waar te zijn, maar in het echt is de villa ook super mooi. Een hele grote tuin, een prachtig en heerlijk zwembad (lekker verwarmd). Het huis is ook heel mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien.

In de week dat wij er waren was er vrij veel wind. Gelukkig is de buitenkeuken en zithoek lekker beschut, zodat je uit de wind kan zitten. Er is ook voldoende entertainment met onder andere een pooltafel, tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbal. Het stukje zand is ook heel leuk.

Mooie stranden zijn met de auto prima bereikbaar.

De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en de villa was goed schoongemaakt. De tuin is goed onderhouden

Great Villa, plenty of space for the 7 adults and 3 children we travelled with. Fabulous facilities in and out, lovely heated pool and the BBQ area was ample. Villamoura is gorgeous too. We were the first to stay so there was a few teething issues that I'm assured would be resolved before someone else is due to stay. Owners/staff were happy to help and responded to any queries.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday with friends at this beautiful modern, well equipped villa. It was great for families, but would be equally perfect for groups - with the heated pool, hot tub, pool table, table tennis, bikes and modern décor throughout the property. Pretty much everything that we needed was provided. There is a supermarket nearby and two beaches within easy walking distance (though the return journey is up a steep hill).

Miguel and Amelia were always contactable and on hand in the lead up to our holiday and while we were there and arranged our transfers and babysitters.

Our only suggestion would be that an outdoor lavatory might be good, as the children would come out of the pool and traipse through the villa with wet feet, making the floors slippery.

Other than that, we can not fault this villa and the service provided by Spring Villas.

The villa was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed all the fabulous facilities, such as the pool table, table tennis, badminton, cinema and especially the bikes. We were able to make use of the great and safe cycle tracks between the villa and the marina.

The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to enjoy the fun of our "come dine with me" nights. As well as this we used the barbecue. Loads of space in the garden to have some quiet time lazing by the pool.

The outside dining and seating area meant we were able to gather as a family to enjoy the beautiful gardens views and on occasion a midnight swim!

Booking process was smooth and dealing with both Miguel and Jaoa was a delight with any issues we had quickly addressed.

Would love to return and hope to next year.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'hôte, avec une bouteille de Porto en guise de bienvenue. Il a été très flexible sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée. Nous avons dû quitter la villa à 5h le matin en raison de notre vol, cela n'a pas été un souci, Silvia était présente à l'heure. La villa a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes. Jolie, spacieuse, très bien équipée, literie confortable, proche de la plage, dans quartier calme. Il est fortement recommandé de louer une voiture pour vadrouiller, faire des courses, shooping etc. Nous recommandons cette villa pour une famille nombreuse ou groupe d'amis.

Green pine was fantastic and the whole experience was better than we expected

Door vertraging kwamen we veel later aan dan gepland maar dit was geen probleem voor onze gastheer. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad, genoten van het huis, het zwembad en de extra service om een privé kok in te huren. Zeker een aanrader.

We had a family reunion at Six Palms Villa. Perfect accommodation, splendid service and good adviser available for birdwatchers.

We had a wonderful week in this villa. Lot of space, clean, everything worked, very nicely furnished and a big garden. Not only did we find all the amenities as promised, but the trampolin, table tennis bats, the tennis rackets, the mini golf clubs - everything was provided for. And a great grill in the garden.

The property managers from Springvillas were brilliant. We bombarded them with questions and they answered each one of them. They arranged whatever we asked for: two baby cots, restaurant reservation, a cook and a birthday cake ( which they then gave us as a present !) If you look for a place where you will also get a helping hand or someone recommendation when needed - this is the place to go.

This Villa is truly stunning. Hosts were brilliant, taxis were cheap as! Clean as a whistle. All who stay will love it, just as we did. Will definitely be booking again.

We were a party of 7, there was plenty of space and enough for three children not to get bored. The outdoor pool was a bit chilly but the indoor pool was lovely and warm, the gym is perfect for working off the extra indulgences!!. I had my birthday and wedding anniversary whilst staying at the villa and upon our return from being out Miguel had very kindly left a bottle of port and a birthday cake ( thank you Miguel). The villa is spacious and has everything you would need for your stay. We had a great time and could not fault out trip, the weather was even perfect for the whole stay.

Eagles Nest is a fantastic reality with all the conveniences that make this wonderful property, unique in its kind. We had a superb week in this house. I hope to return soon. Ignazio, Ugo, Gianni e Giorgio from Turin (Italy)

Everything that was said about it was true. It even had an eighth bedroom with en suite that I didn't know about. The swimming pool, jacussi , tennis court, table tennis, pool table etc were used by our party constantly. The bedrooms and en suites were lovely and had lots of wardrobe space. The towels were changed half way through the week. For a large Villa it had everything we needed. I have found in the past, great difficulty in getting 7 bedrooms that were all on the ground floor or above. So many of the larger villas have 2 or 3 bedrooms in the basement which is not ideal especially in March, so this Villa was just superb. Two suites on the first floor and the other bedrooms on the ground floor. I have never before been in a Villa that has such a well equipped kitchen. It was incredible. Everything I needed for cooking was there and more besides.

The Villa has a back gate that leads out onto the first tee of Penina golf course. That's just about the icing on the cake.

Finally I have to say that Spring Villas were a great company to rent from. Right from the beginning of my booking, I could phone them any time if I had a query which is so important so well done, you certainly got it right.

The house was lovely, very well equipped and as described. Our hosts were so helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had, both before we travelled and during our holiday. On our arrival at the train station, we were met by a taxi service which was very kindly organised for us by Miguel. This was very helpful to us. Check in at the villa was also very pleasant and we were greeted by a member of Miguel's team. The villa is beautiful, was very clean and is decorated impressively. 10 of us fitted very comfortably and we made full use of the pool table and table tennis. It was an amazing experience for us, the house and garden are absolutely beautiful. There is an amazing beach that you can reach by car in a fee minutes and the neighbourhood is just beatiful. One of the most beautiful airbnb stays we've ever had!

Really nice villa, perfect for 8 people. A few power cuts when using the hob in the kitchen. Bikes really good touch and lots to do indoors especially when a bit cold outside and heated pool was lovely.

This villa has everything: we were with a group of 6 adults, a child and a baby for 2 weeks. João, the manager of the house is a great guy. Very friendly and speaks English very well. As a biologist he gave us a lot of info on the beautiful surroundigs of the villa and Estoi. The 400 year old olive trees in the garden are more eyecatching than the six palms, the villa is named after. We used the pools a lot, outside and inside as well. The house is very conformtable and built with care. The temperature inside was perfect without the need of the airco. The weather was 28 degrees the whole period, at night we had diner outside. The kitchen was very complete. The beds are good only a little bit small. At night you hear only the palms and the crickets... or a baby :)

The villa is absolute private. The road can be quite busy but it's not disturbing because the house is inbetween and the sleeping rooms are situated on the other end.

The street can be busy and there is no pavement so with the children one has to be careful.

Estoi is a very nice little quiet village, perfect to walk around. Faro airport is only 20 minutes away.

A casa é como nas fotografias, tudo esta limpo e os quartos são muito grandes.

First of all, do not hesitate to book this Villa! It's is lovely, just as you see on the photos only better. We arranged with the owners to drop off our luggage after our early flight so we could then go and get our shopping before 3 pm check in. We were met by the lovely Vera who showed us around the whole Villa while her team were cleaning it.

The villa is very spacious and everything is of the highest quality and very clean.

We were a party of two families, a total of 9 guests. We had an extra bed put in the downstairs twin ensuite. There is plenty of storage in all the bedrooms although the two upstairs are smaller rooms than the ground floor, they still have enough storage. Air conditioning worked perfectly in each room also.

Both kitchens are well equipped, both having a dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster along with loads of crockery and cutlery in each. There is a hob in the outside kitchen but no oven.

The outside kitchen seating area is where we spent most of our time and it was fabulous, very comfortable. There is glass all round protecting it from the wind we had on a few days.

The laundry room also was excellent, it has a washer and a dryer plus an iron and ironing board and also a seperate shower and loo and sink, which we used when we were in the garden. There is a whirlybwashing line with pegs.

There is also a table tennis table in the garden which our boys were thrilled about as they thought there was only a pool table and we made good use of this.

We had a special anniversary whilst we were there and the owners recommended and booked a restaurant for us in Armacao de Pera for lunch which was fab, also we arranged through them to organise a decorated cake and flowers which Vera brought over on the morning of the anniversary. This was all arranged so effortlessly by email before we left. Vera brought also bottle of champagne for the anniversary and also baked a cake half way through our holiday.

We have stayed in several villas now and without doubt this is the best we have stayed in. The pool is amazing, temperature always nice and huge. You do need a car and the supermarkets are at least 10 minutes away, we used Aldi at Armacao Lidl at Silves. And the Intermarche in Lagoa, all good, preferring the Intermarche. If you love getting away from it all with wonderful peace and quiet and a beautiful villa, this is for you. We are already looking at the rest of Spring Villas to book again. Just arrived back from a wonderful weeks break at villa vau beach . Our party consisted of 12 adults and 3 children . The villa was better than expected . Decor was modern set across 3 floors . The basement consisted of pool room ideal for the kids . Large living room and lovely pool area with bbc. It was set in a quiet location with easy access to beach . Miguel and his team were on hand with any queries and were extremely helpful . I would definitely recommend this villa .

This is a very special villa. The location is out of the way and breathtaking. We were so lucky to spend a week in July and it was wonderful. Our group had three generations and the kids loved it as much as the grandparents. The stunning gardens surround the most amazing pool. It has a great shallow end for little ones ( or grannies who fancy cooling off without swimming!) and a deeper section if you fancy a swim....it even has a jacuzzi jet section! There is also a second (full) kitchen and large outdoor eating space for al fresco dining in the evening next to the pool. Inside comfortable and independently operated air conditioning keeps all the bedrooms really comfortable however hot it is. Downstairs rooms had metal shutters for extra security and helped keep the light out at bedtime for the kids. The beds are really comfortable, the owners clearly have aimed this villa at the top end.

The upstairs games room and bar area rounds off a wonderful family friendly villa. There are some amazing beaches and towns within exploring distance, but we felt little need to wander too far from this fabulous villa.

Book now, you won't be disappointed....wait and the secret will be out and you won't get a look in....fantastic property that will become a firm favourite with holiday makers I am sure, as the owners are brilliant and helpful and the local management team really lovely....you may even be lucky enough to get a delicious homemade cake from the wonderful Vera.

The house is perfect for families. The house is very spacious for 4 persons and the rooms are indeed very "airy" and with nice furnitures. Our children mainly used the indoor pool (heat 32C) which was very nice even for adults. The outdoor pool temperature was really ok as well. We played table tennis almost everyday. We also have to mention the house manager João, who was very accomodating, friendly and sympathic. João had good guide skills and gave us valueable info for example regarding local vines, and where to go, markets etc. Walking distance (but narrow roads - children need to be carefull) to the Estoi village. The first coffe stop is just 150-200 meters away. Palacio is the main attraction and for one week stay you'd probably want a car to see more than Estoi. To sum up we could really recommend this house and we have no complaints what so ever.

Thank you very much for a perfect break in Portugal. The villa was exceptional- fully equipped, very clean and in a wonderful setting. The pool areas are fantastic and set in a very peaceful area which is only short distance from all local places of interest. Would defiantly stay here, or at Spring Villas other properties again. Stayed here with family and can honestly say everybody had a wonderful time. The facilities are exactly as advertised and the villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Would recommend Penina Gardens to anyone, in fact some friends are looking into booking next year.

After a fraught traveling experience with 3 small children, it was so lovely to have such helpful people (Miguel and Amélia) on hand. They bent over backwards to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The villa is stunning, very clean and has every facility you can think of. Alvor is a ten minute car journey (a car is essential although taxis are easily found at the nearby golf resort). Alvor is a charming town, lots of good restaurants to eat in. We had an idyllic stay and will definitely return next year! Obrigado x

Villa was large, clean and nicely decorated; pool was heated to a good temperature, the facilities were great (me and my brothers players lots of games of pool and table tennis) and most of all, the proximity to the beach (incredible coastline) and supermarket made everything very convenient. I would recommend this villa to any family or group of friends who are looking for a relaxing time in great surroundings - me and my family would definitely come back in the future.

My impression of Spring Villas in general was extremely positive way before we even arrived. My daughter requires oxygen and medical support and Miguel and Amelie were so helpful in providing us with names, numbers and locations of appropriate places should there be an emergencies. It made us feel so safe about the holiday knowing that they would help us if there were any difficulties. Emails were always responded to within 24 hours. The place itself was amazing. We loved the fact that the 3 ground floor bedrooms all had French windows out to the pool area. The house is so light and airy - it gives such a happy vibe.

Joao met us at the property and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed ( this included telling us he would run out that day and purchase a blender for the kitchen when I asked if there was one). The place was very baby friendly and the amount of outside space is phenomenal. We were lucky as we made use of both pools as it was warm enough in the day to use the outside pool and in the evening we would turn to the inside heated pool. the table tennis provided us with entertainment in the evening so we didn't need the TV!! The village is not hugely impressive, so a car is needed to further explore ( tho as we only stayed for 3 nights we didn't use one) thanks again to Joao for being so helpful. The Portugese cake you bought us was divine!

When we looked at the pictures along with the excellent price we really thought it was too good to be true. But when we arrived we were actually amazed that it was even better than we expected.

The heated pool, jacuzzi, bbq and extra dining room were great. The rooms were beautifully decorated. I really could not fault it. Best villa I've ever stayed in.

Bikes, pool table and table tennis made sure you always had something to do.

The villa was a short taxi to the shopping centre and alvor too.

The owners were really friendly and helpful and even bought us a bottle of port and a lovely cake for my mum and dads anniversary. It was a nice touch.

We will definitely be going back again next year.

This villa was recommended by friends who stayed last year. We were two families (four adults, six children). All questions throughout the booking process were answered via email promptly. There was a friendly welcome and a lovely bottle of port. The villa itself is just Amazing. Even better than the pictures. High quality finish and all utensils etc provided. The kids begged to spend the days in the pool. We made traditional lemonade using the lemons on the trees in the gorgeous gardens. Evenings were spend in the casablanca suite playing pool. Overall a first class holiday location.Cannot wait to go again :)

The villa Penina Garden was everything we hoped for and more. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The villa and garden was very clean and the outdoor lighting added a touch of glamour as night fell.

Hallo, wir waren 11 Tage Ende März mit 9 Personen ( davon 5 Kindern ) in dieser Villa. Die Villa ist traumhaft. Sie liegt auf dem Berg mit tollen Blick auf Orangenfelder und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100 % der Realität, darum kann man sich vorher schon auf alles einstellen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Knaller ist die Aussenküche am Pool welche wir ausgiebig zum grillen genutzt haben. Für Barbecue-freunde ein Traum. Die betreuung durch den Vermieter ist durchgehend sehr gut. Das beginnt mit den Schriftverkehr und geht weiter mit der sehr freundlichen Betreuung vor Ort.

Der Pool ist gut für alle Altersklassen geeignet und war ständig auf 30 Grad beheizt, was in dieser Jahreszeit absolut notwendig ist . Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und bietet einen extrem hohen Erholungswert. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muß, da die Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur per Auto erreichbar sind. We spent wonderful time at this villa, where we planned to stay for a month, but extended until March as we were 100% satisfied.

The house is modern and bright, comfortable, with well equipped kitchen.

House is cleaned every week and the hosts were very kind.

The area is quiet and safe, and there is a best supermarket Apolonia only 400 m away.

We discovered the area of Praia da Gale, a wonderful beach with a long wooden boardwalk along it, with marvelous smell of local vegetation and lake full of birds.

We decided to settle down in Algarve, which we visited several times before, but discovered it from a new side after stay in this wonderful villa.

Wir, eine Gruppe mit 10 Erwachsenen, haben meinen 50zigsten Geburtstag dort verbracht. Schon die ganzen Kontakte vorher mit Amelia von Springideas waren super angenehm und jeder vorgebrachte Wunsch wurde möglichst erfüllt.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch in Alleinlage und hat einen wunderschönen Garten und einen großen beheizbaren Pool in Nierenform.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und super gut aufgeteilt und schön eingerichtet, alleine die Bäder sind schon alt und hätten sicherlich in naher Zukunft mal eine Renovierung nötig, sind aber dennoch noch ansprechend.

Ich hatte in den sechs Tagen zweimal einen Reinigungsservice geordert und die Damen waren sehr nett und sehr gründlich, alles war sowieso sehr sauber.

Hatten einige kleine Probleme im Haus, die sofort am gleichen Tag behoben wurden, ganz klasse.

An meinem Geburtstag selbst kam Amelia höchstpersönlich zur Villa und brachte mir einen tollen und leckeren Geburtstagskuchen mit Kerzen und Schrift und ich war sehr gerührt.

Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit in einer schönen Villa und wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Villa Carlota was recommended to us by friends who had stayed there last year. Had we seen this amazing Villa advertised we would have thought it was too good to be true. The pictures are everything this beautiful Villa represents and more. The booking and information process with Miguel was a pleasure. We were greeted personally by the owners on our arrival and our hosts left us a lovely departing gift of cake. There were 10 of us on our stay and we were most comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend Villa Carlota to anyone.

The host is great for this villa. Communications was superb and all details and messages where answered to so quickly. Couldn't really ask for more! Really impressed with the super service and will definately re visit a springvilla again! The description was accurate and the villa was just beautiful. You have to see it to belive just how beautiful and spacious this really is. So pleased with our stay!

The hosts were extremely hospitable and kind! They kept in touch via email the entire trip and came over to help with small things.

The property is fantastic - just as seen in the pictures. It has 5 large bedrooms, tennis court, big swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table and fully equipped kitchen. The house was perfect for the 10 of us. It is also well located. Grocery stores and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Lagos, Faro and other small towns within a 30 min drive.

This was a stunning villa with a lot of space, a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, pool table room, two fireplaces, a gym, summer kitchen,beautiful gardens and expansive grounds with a playground for kids. You could spend your entire vacation just on the property alone. We stayed in the off-season (March) so the prices were extremely reasonable for what you were getting. We were two families with 2 kids under 2 and it was extremely comfortable and family friendly. The views were also quite stunning of Silves, a charming medieval town, and you could either walk or drive easily to Silves for a coffee, stroll or dinner. Stunning beaches and other charming Algarve towns were easily reached by car from this location.

The internet was very reliable and the owner should win awards for how responsive he is. He was very quick to respond via text, phone or email and if there were any problems or missing supplies, they were dealt with almost immediately. He definitely knows what he is doing.

Please note that while the view is stunning, you can hear some small amount of noise from a local road below. So the property is not completely isolated in the countryside - but it also adds to the charm to be able to easily access Silves.

Overall, a great find and we would definitely visit here again.

Excellent stay for a weeks break to play golf. Very spacious and clean. Multiple contact numbers given for management and quick to respond to any questions.The Villa is a little out of town and nicely secluded. A taxi from the main parts of town back is around 8 euros and the villa has contact details.

The villa was excellent with all the facilities in and around it operating well. After playing tennis we enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. The kitchen was also well equipped. And the owners were very kind and helpful. Would like to go there again!

We had a great time for our vacation. Miguel and his wife were very kind to be waiting to receive us even though it was a stormy night. We were travelling with 2 kids aged 1 yr old and they went beyond to take care of their needs by arranging for baby cots and high chairs. They were also very kind enough to do some basic grocery so we did not have to run to the grocery store when we arrived. The house was very clean and neat as it looks in the pictures. We and the kids had a very memorable vacation. Lots of time was spent in the indoor pool and the swimming pool. Miguel was available on the phone any time we had questions and he was very helpful. It was our first trip to Portugal and we want to be back more often. Loved every part of the experience and made memories which we will cherish for long.

We stayed at Villa Carlota for our wedding in August 2014.

The property is absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious. Every area is decorated and looked after to a really high standard. There's the pool area - indoor and out, saloon, gym, bikes and all within a short journey of Silves. We stayed at Villa Carlota before the recent development, and even without the jacuzzi and bar it was a wonderful place to stay. The gardens are huge and incredibly well kept, with lots of fruit you can help yourself to - great lemons for our gin and tonics!

Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and they were truly fantastic hosts.

We would love to go back in the future - maybe for a wedding anniversary!

What a beautiful villa - photos didn't lie! The plus point for us was that three of the bedrooms were all on the ground floor so, once inside the villa (beware, there are a number of steps up to the front door), my disabled mother could move around easily and not feel isolated from the rest of the party.

We had a very warm welcome from Miguel and his mother who had kindly done a little shopping for us, as we were arriving so late and also brought us a beautiful cake half way through the week for my mother's burthday.

The villa is very well located for beaches. The local supermarket, is a little on the dear side (think Waitrose) but there is a huge Continente at Algarve shopping which is 10-15 minutes away.

if you fancy a pizza, I can highly recommend Bellavita which is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Wonderful, outstanding villa- we enjoyed it with all my family (6 adults, 3 kids) for 5 days in mid january'16. 1. Villa Carlota has its own character, significantly differencing from a lot of faceless apartments with ikea-like furniture. It is very nice designed and carefully maintained, despite it is not very new - it is in perfect shape. 2. Not so easy to find first time - but having gps with geocoordinates made us reach the villa with no problem. The car is essential for staying in the villa 3. The garden is brilliant - 6,000m2 of very nice area covered with fruit trees fed us with fresh and very tasty oranges, tangerines, lemons and avocados. 4. The villa fits 9 persons easily - I can imagine more inhabitants. We used 4 bedrooms in main building and haven't used one in summer house (or Ingrid Bergman pavilion). 5. Summer house is something. We, especially kids, spent much time there playing pool or poker, swimming in indoor pool and preparing grilled mains for common dinners. 6. Very nice pool area with outdoor jacuzzi, having beautiful view to Silves valley. 7. Villa also has fitness room and equipped with number of bikes - bike trip to Silves is essential. 8. All necessary facilities are in. So, highest mark and recommendations to everybody.

We had a fantastic stay in this fabulous villa. A warm welcome, fantastic architecture/design and spacious rooms. The swimming pool centered in the middle of it all = the juvel for the whole family. We would love to come back and highly recommend this villa.

Villa Eagles Nest is amazing, exactly like the pictures. You get everything you need: great swimming pool (heated and lighted wich is very nice for a night bath) with deckchairs, bbq, you can play ping-pong and pool table...

Living room has a large TV, home and stereo. kitchen is fully equiped (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 2 fridge.

You have your own private parking and very safe for the children.

Albufeira is nice with good restaurant and pubs and very close. Nightlife in Albufeira is also great.

No doubt, I would recommend the villa and will comeback for sure.

We had a great time at the Eagle's Nest Villa. The house was spacious even for the 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children), beautifuly and tastefully decorated (sober but lively). Living room, game and kitchen are fully equipped and fun to hang around.

The surroundings, the garden and pool are especially beautiful, exceptional in the evening, with the night lights. The pool was heated, so we could dip in even in the freshier nights of October.

Situated a bit outside Albufeira, we were 5 minutes from the old town by car and 20 minutes from the greatest beaches of Portugal.

Even more, the service was astounding, fast and reliable, just an email away (answered by the hour every time). The team did go the extra mile to ensure our sojourn was great. And it was.

If the opportunity rise again, we will definitely come back here.

We, two families with three and two children, two boys aged 7 , one girl 10 years and two girls 11years stayed there for two weeks.

We arrived in the evening and the owners , Miguel, Amélia and José had already prepared a chicken barbecue for us. They also have done the first shopping for us so we were really relaxed when we arrived. They showed us the villa and gave us a bottle of very good port-wine as a welcome present.

We all felt very comfortable from the fist minute on.

The Villa itself is very spaciously so both families had enough room.

We loved the big swimming pool in the garden and the hot jacuzzi after it.

The kids loved the indoor pool because the water was quite warm.

Some days we just stayed in the villa with its beautiful garden and pool area, played some billiards in the casablanca saloon and enjoyed it.

The town of Silves is just a few minutes car drive away. We visited often the local market and bought some fruits , vegetables and fresh fish for the barbecue.

Silves is a very nice town with lots of cafes and restaurants.

If we had a question or request we just wrote an email to Miguel and Amélia and it was answered between shortest time

They recommended us some very good fish restaurants one had even it's own vine yard. Just marvelous.

During our stay we visited a lot of different beaches which you could easily reach by the car.

Unfortunately the time went too fast and the two weeks were very soon over

but we think we will come back soon.

The garden with it's fruit trees and and all kind of flowers is well maintained by a very nice gardener who always gave us some fresh collected fruits.

Everything in the villa was very clean and in a good condition.

Villa Penina is outstanding. My family, including a 4 and 1 year old had all needs catered for to make this a wonderful place to stay. The pool was exceptional especially for the children. We have just returned from a family holiday here - there were 10 of us aged between 4 to 50 something! We were nervous about what the villa was going to be like as the photos seemed too good to be true, but it was all that and more!!! From the communication prior to arrival, the warm welcome, the facilities, the location, the staff, the views of the beautiful Silves, the fruit trees, the above and beyond delivery of a birthday cake for my sister-in-law (with the attention to detail of her age on the candles!) - I could go on! - everything was perfect!!

As others have said - I'd like to keep this place as 'our little secret!!' but I couldn't possibly - everyone should experience this pleasure!

I like to complain about stuff normally, but I cannot fault anything about our stay - truly exceptional - we will be returning for sure!!

Villa Penina was the most amazing villa we have ever stayed in! The gardens, the oudoor area, the jacuzzi, the pool for kids, were an absolute joy.We enjoyed eating outside by the pool, , the outside lighting made it possible to spend hours outside in the evenings. The pool is massive and gets the sun all day. The jacuzzi is a"pearl".The villa is secluded so there was absolute peace and quiet.The villa has been tastefully decorated and arranged. We have stayed in villas throughout Spain and Portugal over the last 10 years and this villa is definitely our favourite.

During the booking process all enquiries were answered promptly and courteously by Miguel. On arrival at the villa we were met and shown around in person. The villa itself is as wonderful as the photos on the website. It is evident that the owners have invested money and attention to detail in the property. Everything was of a high standard. You won't find any wobbly Ikea cupboards here.

The layout of the property is fantastic - on a hillside overlooking Silves. I couldn't recommend this villa enough and we hope to return next summer.

Wow!!! What a beautiful villa. We travelled with our two grandchildren aged 10 months and 5 years and the accommodation and location were perfect for us. The pool is amazing. Thankyou to Vera who made our stay so comfortable. Would definitely recommend it .

Everything we wanted for our family holiday and more. I don't want to say too much cause we really want to return but this villa will rent out so quickly if I explained everything.The villa really has to be seen to be believed. We wanted a quiet country getaway in the sun away from load busy places. Absolutely amazing we couldn't believe it was all ours for 10 days, we wanted to stay especially our little girl who every morning loved to go straight down to "her pool" as she called it. A few minutes walk to the village were you will find some lovely little quiet cafe/bars our favourite was the one on the square in front of the church and the Indian curry/kebab house is really nice for evenings you don't want to cook. You may not want to leave the villa as it is so comfortable and luxurious. We found a Lidl only 15-20mins drive away so got plenty in for BBQ's and we would recommend renting a car as there are beautiful places to visit. Vilamoura has many restaurants if you want to travel 20-30mins by car but worth it. The bedrooms , swimming pools and grounds are amazing in this villa we would defiantly return. An excellent villa in the countryside. Close to Silves but in a peaceful location. The pictures show you what you get. It is a high class villa that is very well kept and clean. The poolhouse with a fully equiped kitchen was fantastic.

You will have 5 minutes to the Oceanic golfcourse and a waterpark. You will have a 15 minutes drive to the sea. I can highly recomend this villa. The owner had i high degree of service and the process from first contact to deprature was flawless.

Well what can I say. Another Jem of a villa. Having already stayed in Alvor Gardens we thought we would try another villa of theirs. We were highly impressed. Very quiet location with everything you need on your doorstep. Highlight of the holiday was a meal out in Vila Joya which is a ten minute walk max from the villa. It is also the 22nd best restaurant in the world with two Michelin stars. The villa was everything we wanted and more. Thank you for having us x

We were really impressed with this villa. We stayed in Villa Carlota with 9 people: 6 adults and 3 children(7, 10 and 12 for 7 days). We had an unforgettable holiday!

The warm welcome, the birthday cake, the friendliness of the owners, it all contributed to a great week in a beautiful villa. The pictures looked so good, I was a bit scared the reality would be a bit disappointing. But there was no reason to be anxious, it looked even better in reality!

The area around the house is very large, as is the villa and the Casablanca room. The garden is well maintained and even provided us with fresh fruits. The different areas also make it a pleasure for a walkabout.

With an indoor- and outdoor pool and a jacuzzi, there were enough opportunities to get into the water. The children spent large parts of the days in the pools. And the view from the pool area was magnificient. You can see the whole city of Silves from upthere.

Apart from sleeping, we didn't spend much time inside the villa. If the weather is good, you don't have to. But it surely was all very tastfully furnished, well maintained and clean.

Although I rather keep it to ourselves, I would recommend this villa to everyone interested. We are already considering coming back next year.

Visited low session with 6, landed on Faro airport and is a 15 min drive. Villa is 300 min away from a town called Estoi. The villa is in super state all perfectly clean, complete and just great. Of course the indoor pool in April was a joy as the temperatures only go up during the day. The boys loved the football field, the mountain bikes, ping pong table and when warm during the day the outside pool. The terraces were relaxing at the pool of at the house for breakie, Lunch and a bbq dinner; The hosts are wonderful, they collected some initial needed things from the supermarket, they awaited us at the house and explained everything. When we left collected the keys, etc. So definitely a villa the recommend!!

La villa est extraordinaire elle est exactement comme sur l annonce tout le confort et un standing de haut niveau (piscine chauffée,cuisine extérieur, très bonne literie, jardin exceptionnel)un grand merci a Vera qui nous préparé un gateau pour notre arrivée ainsi qu'une bouteille de champagne et des fruits frais.

Another jewel in the family Silva's crown. A modern villa that is architecturally perfect and an ideal fusion of minimalism with all home comforts. The pool is perfect, too.

We immediately felt at home and the welcome was warm and genuine with a topical Easter cake and a bottle of port.

The villa is furnished with carefully chosen artefacts from around the world. There are vintage pieces in most rooms and an eclectic collection of clocks in the garage.

You can play pool, table tennis or table football. Bikes are on hand if you fancy a ride around the lanes. The beach is only a five minute walk and has a good selection of beach bars.

For those missing Waitrose, there is an Apolonia supermarket just five minutes away.

It is ideally located for travelling throughout the Algarve, and shopping centres at Guia and Portimao are only 10 and 25 minutes' drive away.

In summary, a superb villa that is high-end and very highly recommended.

De woning is in het echt net zo mooi als op de foto's. Wij hebben met 2 gezinnen een uitstekend verblijf gehad. De ontvangst door de eigenaren was enorm hartelijk. Het huis zelf, en de grond eromheen biedt veel ruimte. De ligging is centraal t.o.v. dorpjes, stadjes, supermarkten en stranden en biedt bijzonder veel privacy. De woning is erg luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Op de verdieping rechts een ontspanningsruimte met poolbiljart, tafeltjes, barretje etc.. Links een badkamer met douche, wasmeubel en wc), slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoons bedden en slaapkamer met 1 tweepersoonsbed. In de tuin zwembad (verwarmd) met buitendouche en buitenkeuken (met o.a. vaatwasser, koelkast en bbq) met grote eetkamertafel en lounge-hoek. Verder op het terrein een washok met wasmachine en droger en nog een douche en een wc.

Kortom: Een zeer luxe woning, centraal gelegen, veel ruimte en privacy. Absolute aanrader!

We have been holidaying in the Algarve since 1980s, in a wide assortment, and standard of villas. Villa Carlota is as good as it gets!

The pictures of this villa are stunning and they still don't do it justice. You really need to see it in person to realise just how much time, effort and money has been put into making this place perfect. The villa is very spacious and is fitted out with all the household items you could possibly need and more.

The villa was immaculate and very tastefully furnished. We have rented villas all over Europe and this certainly rated as one of the best. The villa has electric gates and set in gardens which are well kept and a joy to walk around, the indoor and outdoor pools were a welcome luxury. The owners José & Amélia were there on arrival to answer any questions and show us around nothing was to much trouble and they were very professional. The position was quiet but within a 5 min drive of town where there were an abundance of good restaurants. We loved our stay at Villa Carlota , a real home from home and would certainly love to stay here for a much longer period of time.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this villa to anyone visiting the area. If your searching through endless web sites for the perfect spot, you've just found it. Don't miss out

Our stay over all was absolutely perfect! We arrived at the house and were greeted by the nicest and friendliest hosts. We had some trouble getting to the house but Miguel was kind enough to meet us and show us the way the the villa. Once we arrived everything was much more gorgeous than the photos! The villa had all the amenities you would need and more, very clean and spacious. We had an extra person staying with us and the owners had put an extra bed in one of the rooms which was perfect. We had a very relaxing week and could not have had a better time. The VIlla is close to Silves town which is so beautiful and historic and only a drive away from the beach. During our stay we needed a charger and Miguel was kind enough to find one and bring it to us. We will definitely return back to this property or any of the other ones they own.

We were lucky enough to be the first people to stay in this Villa, and we were not disappointed. The villa itself is stunning with everything you could want. The best bit for me was the outdoor BBQ/kitchen/lounge which is where I spent the majority of my time. It was a very relaxing place to be and you're not overlooked by anyone. The Villa was extremely clean and very well maintained which you would expect from a brand new property.

We travelled with my young son who is 3.5 years old and he loved the place as much as I did. The pool was fantastic for him with a shallow end which gradually got deeper so he was able to play in it with no trouble.

The owners couldn't do enough for us and were probably the best villa owners we have ever come across. They were all so friendly and nothing was any trouble. They also came in twice during our stay to change towels and cleaned once while we were there, which was great.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break in an amazing villa, and it will cater to any family requirements, with or without children.
