Booking Policy

Our villas are booked upon request made through our website using our booking request form which you can find in our homepage and in our Villas' pages. As an alternative, you can also contact us and make a booking request using the phone number mentioned above.

In case your dates are not flexible at all, to initiate the booking process we recommend you to firstly check the availability of our villas for the dates you are looking for. You can do this by either navigating and using the search function in Our Villas page or by visiting each of our villas' corresponding page and check their own availability.

After proceeding with your booking request by filling the booking request form you should usually expect only a couple of hours (maximum) to get an answer from us.

Provided your dates are available and if no other condition applies, your booking request will be processed and we will inform you about all the procedures and necessary details to carry it out.

In case a booking request is to be made effective, we will provide you with the corresponding booking form and rental contract which are meant for the guests' reading and agreement.

After reading and agreeing on the booking form and rental contract, guests must proceed with the booking deposit payment to complete the booking and make it effective. By proceeding with the booking deposit guests are automatically agreeing on all booking terms and conditions.

Payments are always to be performed in EUROS (€) and are usually to be carried out according to the following:

On every payment an invoice and receipt will be issued and sent to the guest's e-mail.

A security deposit is required to safeguard the event of any breakages or damage incurred during the stay. The amount of the security deposit may vary depending on the villa.

1. Information gathered

Personal data provided by the user is important so that we are able to know the users better and offer you the most accurate information and services possible. That information is registered on our databases allowing us a better relationship with the user. Information is only used by us and is only meant to facilitate the services we provide to the user and its browsing experience on our website.

While the user browses on our website, some information might be registered such as access date, IP address and browser type. This data is important for statistic analysis, to improve our website's features and thus improving user's browsing experience.

We don't publish, share, sell or rent any of the user's personal data. All the information gathered is solely used by us in order to make a booking, to reply to users' enquiries, to make statistic analysis, to enhance our website, to communicate accurately with users and for any eventual marketing or promotional campaigns which can be revoked by the user at any time. Marketing or promotional campaigns may use third party services with whom SpringVillas might share some of the personal collected data.

We may use cookies to identify the user in case you are a returning user or simply to store users' language preferences and their search dates so that users don't need to select them every time they access our website or every time they browse through different pages on our website.
